Those were the last words her mother ever said to her.
I can still hear the explosion and the screams. I can still see the fire...and the blood. Oh god the blood; it was everywhere ! It was still on my hands and my...mothers dress.
Yes, I can still see it all.
FLASHBACK
" Serenity, could you please go out and pick some wild-berrys ?"
" Yes, mama "
He mother was a beautiful woman. Only 5 ' 6 and really long silver hair to the floor, big smokey gray-blue eyes; that at the time were sad. She wore a simple white dress; that had one single rose, with a white diamond in it. Selene was a very beautiful woman.
Serentiy was just like her mama. Only 3 ' 4 and her father's blonde hair that like her mother hung to the floor. Her mother's huge smokey gray-blue eyes, that always held happiness. Like her mother she wore a simple white dress, that was her mother's when she was little.
" Good girl...now please take these with you "
Her mother handed her a basket; Serenity looked inside. Why would she have to take these ? A brush, dress, under-garments, food, and water. It looked as if she was leaving home.
Her mother kissed her good-bye as did her father. They looked acted like they were never going to see her again.
" What's the matter mama...papa ?"
" Nothing dear, now go !"
Serenity ran out of the door of their beat up shack. She was just to the edge of the woods when she heard her mother.
" Run Sere...never look back. "
That was her mistake...she looked back.
Her house was burning, she could hear her mother scream. Two huge men were carrying containers and throwing the liqud it held, all over the house.Then a huge explosion. Then she heard what terrified her the most.
Nothing.
' They knew they were going to die. '
That was the last thing in her mind before she tripped , then she slipped into the blackness.
