My friend, my best friend
The one by my side
Through my dark hour
He stayed with me
My friend, my best friend
Sleeping next to me
Breathing so softly
I closed my eyes now
In a vision I see him
Calling my name in a light
I reached for him
He came to me
I love him with all my heart
He loves me despite the past
He is sleeping next to me
My friend, my best friend
