YuGiOh 5Ds: Never Stop Believing

Pairing: Jack and Carly

Summary: Alternate Ending to "Will the Real Jack Atlas, Please Stand Up, Part 2" Episode 84.

Start off after Jack defeated the imposter Jack.

Yusei, Crow, and Carly were all relief to have Jack back. Jack did show Yusei and Crow the place where he was capture, but found nothing there. After that they decided to go back home.

Jack offer to take Carly back to her place. They were walking quietly toward Carly's door. Jack was busy in his thoughts that he didn't notice that they made it to Carly's door.

"Um we're here Jack" Carly spoke up

Jack snaps out of his thoughts

"Huh" He look around his surroundings "Oh yeah"

"You seem quiet, is something bothering you?" she asked Jack with concern

He shook his head

"It's nothing, just thinking that's all"

"Oh" She turned her back on him, opening her door with the keys"

"Carly I, I", he stuttered

Carly smiles and touch Jack's hand.

"You should go home before the others worried about you" She softly replied when she succeed opening her door

In Jack's mind he was debating whether he should say anything.

"Goodnight Jack" Carly said

She was about to go in when Jack grabbed her arms

"Carly wait"

"Huh" She turned around and looked at him, wondering what he wanted to say

"I want to thank you"

"For what Jack" she asked him, not sure what Jack was thanking her for.

Jack sighs before he continue

"Believing in me when no one did"

He let go of her arms and touch her hands and continues

"When I was in trouble, you were there to help me, like when there was an imposter of me. You helped find out the truth to prove that I'm innocent and you did prove them Carly. It really meant a lot that you still trust and believe in me"

Carly smiles

"I never stop believing in you Jack, I'll always be there helping and supporting you" she told Jack

"Thanks Carly" Jack replied

He pulled her toward him and embraces her.

"I'll always protect you and be there for you Carly"

There were tears forming in her eyes as she hugged him back.

"I know you will Jack"

He lets her go and took off her glasses. He notices tears were on her cheek so he slowly wipes it with his thumb. Then he softly plants a kiss on her lips.

Is this real or a dream She asked herself

Her question was answer when Jack wrapped his arms around her body. She responds back to the kiss, wrapping her arms around his neck and pulled him close to her. The kiss last for awhile before they let go.

"Goodnight Carly" he said

"Goodnight Jack" she replied back

He gave her glasses back and walked back to his runner. Carly put on her glass back on and watch him go.

"I love you Jack" Her mind said

She smiles and walked inside, closing the door

Jack got on his runner and glance back at Carly's place.

"I love you Carly, one day I'll let you know how much I care for you" His mind said

He smiles and drove off into the night
