Skating

I don't own Harry Potter at all
A/N: this goes with my holiday HP oneshots I am doing. I had to look up the moves that are used in ice skating since I'm not too familiar with them. Also some of you who've had read my early work with Pokémon might find this familiar. This wasn't my intention since I totally forgot about that fic when I started writing this one and only realized it til later.
Cho could see her breath as she walked down the street. It was dark out and there weren't many people out and about due to how cold it was going to be overnight. Cho didn't seem to care at all about the icy bite the air had. She was quite warm in her new winter coat. She was carrying something over shoulder as she got to her destination. A small ice rink. She found the small warm house that was set up for skaters to put their skates on. Cho entered and found an open bench. She shrugged off the skates she had been carrying. She untied her boots and shoved them under the bench she was sitting on. She then slipped on her skates lacing them up tight.
"I guess I made it just in time."
Cho looked up to see Harry standing there with his own skates.
"Yup, come on" she said.
Harry nodded and sat next to Cho and began putting his skates on. Once both were done they got up and headed out to the rink. Cho took to the ice first and glide across the frozen surface. She made a full rotation as Harry was starting his.
"Slowpoke" Cho playfully taunted.
"Not all of us are Olympic quality skater Chang" Harry threw back.
Cho maturely stuck out her tongue.
"Real nice, better keep that thing inside your mouth or it'll freeze" Harry said.
"Yes mother" Cho said as she rolled her eyes.
The two skated a few laps then Cho began to do some tricks like a double axel then she performed a camel spin. Harry just watched as he skated around in a slow leisurely pace.
"Come on Harry, you're being boring" Cho said.
"Excuse me. I'm not good enough to do all those death defying stunts like you do" Harry said.
"They aren't 'death defying' Harry" Cho said rolling her eyes.
"To you they aren't, but to me a mere mortal I'd hurt myself" Harry said.
Cho rolled her eyes.
"You know them too, you're just too out of shape to do them. We did go to the skating classes together" she said.
"Which I might remind you, you forced me to go since there was a discount in how much you had to pay for those classes if you signed up in pairs" Harry said.
Cho shrugged.
"So" she said.
Harry just sighed. He knew how much Cho loved to ice skate since watching her first Winter Olympics when she was a kid. The figure skaters just enthralled her. She loved the costumes, the moves, how graceful each skater was on the ice.
"So how long are we going to be out here tonight?" he asked.
"Don't know" Cho responded.
Again Harry sighed. This was another thing he was used to. Staying out late just to keep Cho company when she was skating. Plus it was only right in his mind. Harry was gentleman, something his mom hammered into his head when he was young. His friends scoffed at Harry being this way, but then would ask for help on what to do when they had a date and how to treat a girl they really liked.
A couple hours passed and Cho finally had her fill. She skated back to the warm house and Harry followed. He had just skated around the rink stopping every once and a while when he got tired and watched Cho go and go.
"So we done for the night?" Harry asked.
"Yes, for tonight" Cho said.
Harry nodded.
"Are you busy tomorrow night?" Cho asked.
Harry sighed and rolled his eyes.
"Sure" he said.
