Chapter 1 Strange Things
May: Torchic Ember Harder!
Torchic shot so many of ember that it looked like a flamethrower.
Ash: AH!
Tailow flew away and Ash got burned and fell to the ground. Everyone started laughing.
Random person 1: HILARIOUS!
Random person 2: I know right!
Max: AHAHAHA! SO FUNNY.
Brock: I'll admit it is a little funny..
May: You just got BURNED! Ahaha!
The Audience and Brock, Max and May started laughing.
Ash: …
They all stopped when a Dark Aura began to surround Ash's Body. Ash slowly stood up twitching while he did he so.
Pikachu: Pika?
The little Pokémon said wondering what was going on with its trainer.
As soon as Ash Stood up completely, he rushed at May grabbed her by the collar and held her against the wall.
May: W-w-what?!
Ash: You laughing?! Well I don't think it's VERY FUNNY!
Ash yelled in anger. He wore a furious expression on his face. His eyes were blood red and he had his teeth clenched. May assumed a face of fear.
The Audience was shocked by Ash's sudden outburst.
Random Boy 1: Whoa dude calm down!
Random Girl 2: Yeah it was just a joke!
Ash: What was that?!
Ash turned to the audience with an even angrier expression than normal. They all winced in fear.
Max: Hold on May!
Brock: Wait Max!
Max: But May...!
Brock: Ash is dangerous in the state he's in!
Max: Yeah...
May: A-a-ash p-p-please s-st-stop... I-I-I w-was j-just j-joking...
Ash: Joking?! I already told you I didn't find it very funny and you STILL consider it a joke?! Now you're asking for it...
Max: May NO!
May: P-p-please...
Tears started forming in May's eyes. When Ash finally noticed May was on the verge of crying his grip loosened, his red eyes turned to normal, his infuriated expression relaxed and his clenched teeth dissipated.
Ash: No... Stay away from me!
Max, May and Brock: Ash wait!
Meanwhile...
Brock: So, what's the verdict doctor?
Doctor: It's just as I thought... Tell me have you been to a place called the Darkanian ruins?
Brock: Yeah, it's a place where a civilisation of people and Pokémon Lived.
Doctor: Well... They did an experiment with emotions.
May: Emotions?
Doctor: Yes... One of these emotions was hate. They converted the Emotion to a living energy and were successful. However, the energy became uncontrollable and it became a dark power that brings out the hate and evil in a person. To keep everyone safe the people sealed the Living emotion into a bottle.
Max: But what does this have to do with Ash?
Doctor: Well.. I'm afraid your friend may have found the hate bottle and opened it. When he did, he must have inhaled the Hate. Whenever he loses his temper or becomes verbally uncomfortable with someone then the hate will awaken and he will become unstable and dangerous.
Brock: How do you know all this?
Doctor: Well... Truth is I am a descendent of the Darkanian peoples.
Max: Wow really?!
Doctor: Yes... But less about that more about your friend. You must prevent him from becoming angry or otherwise he might do something he'll regret.
Everyone: Right.
Brock: Wait can't we just expel it from his body?
Doctor: Yes however there is a condition...
May: Anything! I'll give up everything I've earned, I'll destroy anything, heck I would even jump off a cliff!
Doctor: Would you really do all of that...?
Max: That's what happens when your Crazy in love.
May: Shut up max!
Brock: Enough! What do we need to do doctor?
Doctor: Well if Ash completely loses his cool and has no patience left then he won't be able to control himself. When this happens, enough of the hate will be exposed enough to seal it back into the bottle.
The doctor hands Brock the Hate Bottle.
Brock: Thanks Doctor.
Outside...
Ash: What's going to happen..?
May: Don't worry Ash you're in good hands!
Ash: Thanks...
?: Well look who it is!
A green haired figure appeared.
May: Drew!
