Objective:
The Sanctuary: A place for victims of violent crimes that don't want to be found by those hunting them down. The Sanctuary: A place where the military is the security. The Sanctuary: A place where victims thrive after going to live there. The Sanctuary: A place where one can start living once again, without the fear of being hunted down and killed.
Story Line:
People who don't have a choice in fighting back or are being threatened by someone that wants them dead find a safe place to live. They will be from around the US as well as around the world. They will be from every state and country, but the location of the Sanctuary is what will get just about everyone and only the top brass in NATO know where it is located. Nobody else is allowed to know. The military takes tours of duty (just like tours during wars) at the Sanctuary to make sure these victims aren't ever found by those that want to hurt them.
