Me: This is an idea that's been floating around inside my head for a while. I can't seem to get it out, so this is my attempt to put it into words.

Sheelka: Aldrea doesn't own the team. She does hold copyright to her drabble. Enjoy.

Chiro walked down the hall, lost in thought. Earlier that day, they'd returned from battle, victorious but badly wounded and tired. Chiro was no different. With so many wounded though, he was beginning to wonder how strong they really were against Skeleton King.

We've lost so many. Are we really as strong as we thought? The thought raced through his mind.

He continued walking, until he subconsciously stopped. When he looked up, It registered that he'd stopped at Antauri's door. Maybe he can help clear this up…

Before he had the chance to knock, a voice called, "Come in." At the command, Chiro stepped in. Antauri was floating a few feet from the floor, facing the door. "You should be resting Chiro. Is something keeping you awake?"

Chiro shuffled his feet a bit, suddenly having trouble putting his thoughts into words. "Kinda. I was thinking, and, well, just look at how many we've lost. How strong are we really?"

A look of thought crossed Antauri's face. "Strength isn't always determined by physical strength. Often, true strength is determined by one's will."

Chiro thought on that a moment. "Thanks Antauri." He smiled.

"You're welcome. Now go rest. You'll need your strength for tomorrow. We could be attacked at any time," he said, giving Chiro a stern look.

Chiro nodded, thinking about what Antauri had just said. As he walked down the hall to his bedroom, a smile crossed his face. He got into bed and turned off the lights. His last thoughts before sleep over take him put his earlier thoughts at rest:

Skeleton King, we may not be large in number, but we'll never give up. We're stronger than you'll ever know, because we have the will to fight…

Me: Wow. It didn't turn completely sappy.

Shia: I don't know. The end pretty much ruined the seriousness of it… Btw, WHERE WAS GIBBY-POO?!

Me: Hiding. Please review. I hope that didn't get too sappy.
