I never really like Valentine's Day, but that was usually because I never spent it with anyone special.
Hi. I'm Brian Griffin and I am alone on Valentine's Day. Lois and Peter went out to dinner and there is no doubt in my mind that right now they're having sex in the back of the car. Meg went to see a few corny romance movies with her "friends". Sometimes I wonder if she will ever find love, the poor kid. Chris went over to his friend's house and was most likely watching porn and reading comic magazines.
That left me. I was left to watch Stewie. Now don't get me wrong, Stewie is my best friend, but sometimes I do feel kind of uncomfortable around him.
Now we were playing checkers. "King me!' Stewie shouted triumphantly as he grinned at me. I kinged him and he went back to the game.
"You know I'm winning." He said.
"Kind of figured," I replied as I returned my focus to the game.
"It's Valentine's Day."
"I am aware of that." I looked up briefly to see Stewie looking at me with concern.
"How come you never bring home girls anymore?" Stewie questioned.
"I've given up on love," I stated.
"You can't give up on love."
"What do you know about love?" I asked raising my voice the slightest bit.
Stewie seemed to notice the tension that was growing between us, but still said, "I know you can find it in the oddest places."
"Where?"
"Sometimes you can even find it in your own home," Stewie hinted, leaning slightly forward. I knew what he wanted.
"No Stewie," I said firmly.
"But if you never try, you'll never know what will happen and you may never find love."
"I don't think you're the love of my life. I prefer women." I stated.
"Then I guess you'll never know." Stewie said. His words taunted me. Was there something to discover? I pondered it for a moment until I realized the larger question. Did I love Stewie?
"Okay. I'll try." I muttered. I leaned forward a bit and my lips connected with Stewie's. It was softer and sweeter than ay women's kiss. I felt passion behind it. We embraced for a few minutes as we kissed until we broke apart.
Yes, I do love Stewie.
