The Fat Colonel
Ed lay half sprawled over Roy, he face resting on Roy's chest, his flesh leg hooked around Roy's own legs. He's half asleep, one hand trailing nonsense patterns over Roy's stomach.
It jiggles slightly.
Slowly becoming more aware from his sated state, Ed blinks his eyes and stares at Roy's stomach more intently. Roy has never been the type to spend hours in the gym, lifting weight or running miles, but his physique has always been smooth, with lean muscles under pale skin. Roy has always passed the Military fitness test. Now Ed wonders if it wasn't because he smooth talked the instructor.
He pokes Roy's gut once more. It's much softer than his own, and Ed can press his fingers in slightly into skin, before he meets resistance. He cradles the stomach, toying with it, watching with growing fascination as he presses it, and then the fat keeps on moving, after he touches it.
Sliding down, he rests his head on Roy's stomach. It's a nicer pillow than the chest, softer and welcoming.
"You're fat," he murmurs drowsily, "Got a big stomach."
The stomach under him stills and clenches. Roy starts to sit up, and Ed's head slips off the stomach. Roy is half crouched over his stomach. Ed frowns, ready to grouse over the lack of his pillow. Dammit, he was sleepy - tired.
"What are you doing? Come back to bed!" Ed says, his voice slurring slightly. But it's with a perverse fascination that he watches Roy poke at his stomach. The way Roy is positioned means that his stomach is forming into a couple of fat rolls.
"I'm not fat," Roy mutters. "You're too skinny." And with that, he lays back on the bed, curling stubbornly away from Ed.
Ed blinks, missing the warmth and the sheer thereness of Roy. "I'm not skinny! I'm toned! You're fat, you're always slouching in the office."
There is a decidedly fake snore from Roy. Ed glares. "I'm not skinny," he grumbles, throwing an arm around Roy's waist. "Can feel it." The skin and fat is squishy under his fingers. "You're my fat colonel. Heh..."
Roy rolls over, muttering, "General, dammit Ed."
