"Hurry up Stanton!" A young girl with raven black hair, and bright green eyes called to her boyfriend as she stood below a tree where they always met.

"Chill Serena, I'm comin'," Stanton called sticking his head out the window letting his eyes turn black out of frustration. Sighing, Serena sat down at the base of the tree, and rested her back against the trunk. As her thoughts whirled inside her head, her balance between reality and her thoughts became thin. "Impatient aren't we?" Jumping a little, Serena looked up to see Stanton standing there grinning. When I mean 'grin' I don't mean one of those 'I'm happy' grins...I mean one of those 'little kids in the candy store with a pocket full of change' grins.

Standing up, Serena tilted her head to the side a little letting her long black hair fall against her leather covered shoulder. "What are you so happy about?" Wrapping an arm around her waist Stanton, answered.

"It's a suprise."

"Please."

"I'm not spoiling it."

"You're mean," By the time they were done arguing, they were at the forest where they usually hung out. "So, what are we doing here?" Walking over to a tree, over a path where there was no grass growing, Serena sat down again. As her mind whirled with thoughts again she heard a giant crack, and then Serena's vision blurred as she fell to the ground.

"Suprise." Looking up at Stanton, Serena saw a giant branch in his arms. Scrambling to her feet, she tried to escape, but it seemed that the trees were making a gate around her. Grabbing her shoulders, Stanton threw Serena against a nearby tree, and started to choke her.

"Why?" Serena managed to ask even though it sounded like a hazy whispher.

"Because I saw you with that other guy."

"What guy?" Sounded like another whispher.

"Micheal." Her vision blurred completely, and Serena fell into a deep sleep. One that she would never wake up from.
