I shot up in my bed, my eyes wide open. There was another clank from downstairs and it sounded like something in the kitchen. I grabbed whatever was around me for defense and began to sneak my way downstairs, careful not to step on the squeaky step. I plastered myself against the wall as I slowly inched towards the kitchen. The light was on. What kind of a robber turns on the light?! I jumped around the corner, my hand raised with my defensive item ready to beat the intruder. I froze when Jacob turned around to look at me, holding a sandwich.

"What are you doing here?!" I demanded, lowering my arm. "My parents aren't home and I was scared to death that somebody snuck into my house."

"Just me," he shrugged, taking a bite of the sandwich. His gaze shifted to my defensive item. "What were you expecting to do with a stuffed wolf? Sick it on me?"

"Shut up," I said, punching his chest but he didn't even budge. "I just grabbed whatever was around me. And you shouldn't be insulting my wolf, seeing as how you bought him for me."

He smiled his crooked smile at the little stuffed wolf that closely resembled him. "But seriously what are you doing here eating my food?" I shoved past him to start cleaning up the mess he had made making his sandwich.

"There wasn't any food at home and I knew that you guys would have some."

"Glad to know that when you need food I'm the one that pops into your mind," I said sarcastically. I hadn't heard him walk over to me but his arms slid around my waist and his breath hit my ear.

"I also came because of you," he whispered.

I shivered despite the fact that his body temperature was 108 degrees. I smiled, leaning back into his frame. He kissed my neck, nibbling every now and then. I let out a sigh, content with just staying right here. He nudged my jaw line with his nose and I turned around in his arms. I laughed, realizing that he was shirtless like always.

"Do you ever wear a shirt?" I asked.

"Why does it bother you when I don't?" he teased.

Yes, it did bother me. It drove me absolutely crazy and I wanted to attack him like I was a wolf myself and do some stuff that I'd rather not say. I answered his question by attaching our lips. His hands slipped under my thighs, lifting me onto the counter so that he no longer had to lean his head down. He stood between my legs as I ran my hands through his hair. His lips trailed from my lips to my jaw line. I took this time to wrap my legs around him and lift myself off of the counter. Pretty much humping him at the same time, which had not been my original intention. He moaned, a deep rumble in the back of his throat. I attached our lips once again and he slid his tongue into my mouth. They danced as he began to carry me out of the kitchen. I knew exactly where he was going. He did an exceptional job of navigating up to my room without looking. I had shut my door when I came downstairs, which resulted in him ramming me against it. I groaned, letting go of him with one hand to reach behind me, grabbing the doorknob and opening the door. I think I actually liked this intruder. ;)
