Chapter 1:

Eridan sat in the hokage room and vehemently stared Sollux in the eye. His heart beat fast, but he didn't show it.

Sollux on the other hand seemed like he wanted his gaze to last. Eridan blew back his purple well dry-cleaned cape and began to speak.

"Trainee Sollux," He began, "Why do you want to find the illusive Jake Englsih?" Sollux swallowed and looked at the floor. "Whats wrong, cat got your tounge?" Eridan threw and a shuriken and a familiar furry face appeared.

"Ow, that hurt master…" yowled Nepeta in pain. She smiled up at him otherwise, but Eridan was far from amused. He got up in a huff.

"WHERE IS SOLLUX!" Eridan yelled in his deep commanding voice. Nepeta shivered in the gaze of her master, but she only pointed to his picture of Sweet Ninja and Hella Shinobi. He sighed and used his Illuison Destroying No justsu.

Forcefully ejected from the poster was Sollux. He rubbed his pained rear and yelled at the hokage.

Eridan, not listening, picked him up and stared at him. Sollux was at a losss for words. He mumbled a hurried sorry and then went back to his rightful place in front of his desk. "Be serious Solliux." Sighed the hokage, rubbing his temples. "This is the man who killed your brother.:

"Well, I can take him alone!" Sollux vehemently yelled. But, Eridan only laughed. He knew better than anyone that this man can kill with only a written note. But, he must be staring straight at the person. One of these poor souls was Sollux's Brother the Psionix. Sollux had been an orphan ever since his brother was killed six years ago. Therefore he was seeking revenge, but he knew inside he was inexperienced.

"Now, I want you to go get Gamzee and Tavros, prep them for the mission, and join Master Karkat at the Gummy Ship." Eridan Scolded. Sollux began to walk away. "That is an order Sollux." But, Sollux was already miles down the hall. Nepeta gave the hokage a worried glance. He seemed to be deep in thought on the boy's mission.
