"Did you remember our date tonight?" April texted Munch, eating a Twinkie as she sat on the couch, "You know I love pizza as much as you do."

"Uh yeah I remember our date" Munch texted back, "why and how could I forget"

"I dunno." April texted, "You just usually seem forgetful...?"

"Well not about our date" Munch texted, April beginning to wonder why he didn't use any periods as she began to read the text again, "I'd never forget that"

Suddenly April realized that he didn't use punctuation like others do when they text.

"Sure you wouldn't..." April texted back before rolling her eyes, "Okay be there at 6:00pm tonight, okay?"

"OK" Munch texted back.

Sometimes I just have to wonder what's going on in his mind... April thought, rolling her eyes.

Later that day, at about 5:00pm, April started to get ready.

"I'm getting ready for our date." She texted to Munch, "I'll be there around 5:50pm."

"Do you want me 2 pick you up" Munch texted her back.

"Yeah sure that'll be okay." April texted back before realizing something, "But wait you can drive?"

"lol of course I can" He replied back as April sighed, never seeing him using the 'lol' thing until now, but she guessed her using 'lol' in her texts had rubbed off on him, "See you in a few"

"Okay." April replied back to him. She then put her phone back down.

I didn't know he could drive... She thought, Who knew monsters could even get driver's licenses? She then shrugged, deciding to just leave that explanation to science.

~ A short time later ~

After a few minutes of waiting, Munch finally pulled up.

Finally we can go on our date... She thought, smiling, Wonder where we're going!

As she walked out the door, Munch rolled down the window of his [insert name of nice car here].

"Hey April!" He called as April smiled as she opened the front passenger door and climbed in, "Nice car, huh?"

April smiled, giggled and nodded.

"Yeah it is!" She said, buckling herself in, "Where are we headed to?"

"You'll find out sooner or later." Munch said, stepping on the gas as the car's tires screeched on the pavement, leaving behind black tracks on the ground.

"Whoa!!" April shouted, feeling the excitement and thrill of Munch's fast start when it came to driving, but he slowed down after he got going.

And this is probably why you never hear of monsters getting their licenses... She thought, still feeling a bit of excitement from that quick start of a joyride, But I LOVE it!!
