"That was weird."-Morgan said with a scary look on her face. Greg was still shocked with what had just happened. But he tried not to care about it.

"Let's eat."-He finally said. They both turned around and headed to the parking lot. When they got there, Greg remembered something and said:

"Here's the car keys."-He said handling them to Morgan.-"I'll be right back…"

Morgan entered the car. She waited, maybe for two minutes, and then she got bored.

"Let's see what Mr. Sanders hides in his car."- With this, the female CSI started to see what he had hide in his glove compartment. She saw a few papers and then she saw a photo. Greg with an old lady. She smiled at the photo, seeing how happy he was. Moments after, he entered the car.

"What are you doing?"- Greg asked with his eyebrows razed.

"Who is she?"

For a second he hesitated, but then answered.

"It's my grandmother. Can we go?"

Morgan sighed, and Greg started to drive. During the car trip, Morgan tried to make Greg talked about his grandmother. He only answered her with short answers, which was letting her even more curious, about the subject.

Quickly they reached the diner. The sun was already rising. Greg got off of the car, and went around and opened the door for Morgan.

"Oh. What a gentleman."- Morgan complimented him with a smirk.

"I know."- He answered her with a teasing look. She pushed him in the shoulder and turned around entering the diner.

Once inside and sat on the table, they reached for the menus and started to exam the paper. After a few seconds, Greg already knew what he was going to ask. Pancakes.

"Morgan?"- She looked up, seeing how he was examining her.

"Yes?"

"Why the hell are you seeing the menu, if you already know what you are going to ask?"

"Well, I wanna try something new today."- Greg started to laugh. Minutes later they ordered their food. Morgan, as Greg had predicted ordered the same. Waffles.

"While we are waiting, I wanna give you something Morgan."- Greg managed to say a bit embarrassed.

Morgan nodded with a smile and a dubious look. Greg reached his jacket pocket and took a necklace from the inside. Morgan's eyes grew widely.

"Here"- Greg said putting the necklace in top of the table.-"It's for you."

"Wow…I can't take it Greg."

"Seriously. I want you to have it."- Greg said with a serious voice. Morgan got up from her seat, and sat next to Greg. Looking at his eyes, she asked:

"Why are you giving me this?"

"Because I want you to be safe. Carrie said that the necklace will help people to be safe. I want you to be safe. More that I want me to be safe."- Morgan smiled hearing his sweet words. With an impulse she kissed him.

"Thank you."- She whispered on his ear, hugging me with tears on her eyes.

"You are welcome."- Greg answered her before kissing her one more time.

The End
