This is a requested story from *cough* a friend of mine.

I hope you guys like it.

I do not own KHR or any of its characters.

Squalo's Tears

It was hard for Squalo to sleep motionless that night the day he returned from his month-long mission. No, it wasn't what happened during the mission. It was what happened after, the moment he entered his Boss' room to report his task.

He expected a wine glass to be thrown at him. He expected a loud growl. He expected a sleeping liger. He expected an angered boss. He expected an empty room. He expected so much, but the least that could happen was the scene he saw.

Xanxus was there, obviously, but he saw himself there as well, on his lap, kissing the raven-haired boss. Long silvery hair covered half the face of Xanxus.

The shark was shocked, of course. Because seeing another 'him' kissing the man he loves so much hurt.

At first he thought it was a mere illusion to annoy him. But he was already used to illusions and could sense if there is or there isn't. No. This was not an illusion. This is real. A look-a-like him was on the lap of his beloved boss. It took him a second before he could regain composure.

"Vooooii!" was all he could say. Both the lovey-dovey figures turned to look at him. Both had a shocked façade, especially the tanned man.

But Squalo was more shocked. He was frozen. If it took him a minute to recover from the earlier scene, then this took him about two more. The silver head had the similar features of his face, had boobs and was wearing make-up.

It was Rochel Superbi, Squalo's younger sister.

The trio hadn't move until Squalo lost it. He threw the pieces of paper to the floor, the ones he prepared to report back to the boss. Angrily, he stormed out of the room and went rampaging towards his bedchamber.

Later, Lussuria went to check on him since he hasn't come out of his room since. The mother hen explained that while he was away, the Ninth ordered Xanxus to marry Rochel, as she is part of a noble family and since she already had a relative in the Varia. The ninth overlooked the simple fact that Xanxus and Squalo were lovers and thus, the wedding was held in the absence of the shark.

He also explained that Xanxus didn't had a hard time adjusting to Rochel's atmosphere since both of them were splitting images of each other. She would do whatever he ordered and that pleased him.

"I was guessing that he sees you in Rochel, but I don't know. You're loud and Rochel is the quite type."

And so, Squalo lay in his bed, confused at his own feelings. Should he be angry, jealous, or irritated? He doesn't know. His chest aches like a heavy weight was placed there.

Memories of him and Xanxus flashed quickly through his mind. It made him happy. It made him sad. A jar of mixed emotions was opened and released in his imagination. Now he visualized Rochel and Xanxus. Ouch.

With one final shift on his bed, now lying on his side, he finally went to sleep. A tear fell from his eye. He can't return to those memories, but they'll always be alive in his mind. All he can do now is support her sister and his … brother-in-law and help them create new happy moments, even if it hurts him so.

END.

Finished it in 20 minutes! Woooo~!

I'm sorry if it's boring, but I crammed it in those 20 minutes. I guess this is the shortest story I made so far.

Regarding the title, it's kinda random, but oh well.

Give me your reviews! And oh, Bermuda looked funny. Haha.
