Game...
Her footsteps are slow. Though, her heartbeats aren't. Tears can be seen in the corner of her eyes but they don't – won't – fall. She keeps her head up, so that she won't disapoint him. She stands strong but the shaking of her body proves contrarywise.
She's always vunerable in his presence.
She mentally blames him, curses him, hates him. And most of all, she loves him.
Deep inside her, she knows it. Yet, she keeps denying, trying to refuse that truth (and likes to believe she had succeeded).
But she wants to stand strong.
But his voice brings her back to reality while his hands firmly hold her body against his, destroying all the ways she can have use to escape. She wonders if her tears will fall, and truth to be told, he does the same. She asks herself if she will disappoint him if she cries, and a voice in the back of her head shouts « Why do you care, anyway?» And all she can do is agreeing.
Both are aware of the power he has over her.
Why does she continue to listen to him, to obey his orders and to surrender to his wishes, then? Why does she even try her best to satisfy him?
She knows he's trying to break her. Because he loves seeing her weak. Because at those moments, she's in his power.
Because he really likes playing with her.
« I'm stupid. » she thinks to herself.
And then, in a moment of courage, she tries to resist, to run away. She struggles against his body but fails. She tries to protest but his lips don't let go of hers and his kisses muffle her cries. So, she slowly gives up and she can feel his smirk as she does so. Because his will is stronger than hers, and she knows it well. But can he blame her for trying? (she already knows the answer but asks nonetheless). Of course he can...and he does.
Because she's no match for him.
He's someone she's not. He's the master and she's a pawn. She's just a toy in his hands.
« I'm stupid. » she thinks again. And she closes her eyes.
« Stupid weak girl! » the voice in her head yells. And its words echoe in her mind. And as soon as they disappear, she forgets them. So, the voice shuts.
Because she's strong on the battlefield but she's weak in his arms.
She does not want to see neither the new gleam in his eyes, nor the victorious smirk which graces his lips, but she feels them anyway. Because once again, he had won.
And she surrenders.
...over.
The end.
