Hello everybody! Alex ride is on hiatus for the mo' while I try to figure out how to segue into the action. In the meantime, I've had this story concept floating around in my head for a while. It's a doctor who self-insert, but it's a bit different. I decided to start with this episode, as it's a really famous one and will give me good idea if this is something you people are interested in. Enjoy!

Luke: You're really going through with this, aren't you.

Me: Yup!

Hey. You know the drill by now, so i really don't have to explain. Unless these journal entries are being uploaded in a non-linear order, in which case I better fill you in. My name's Luke. I'm 15, short, go to a specialized high school in New York, and I'm a massive Doctor Who fan. At least, I used to. One night, as i was in the lobby of my apartment building, I noticed a staircase that went to an apartment that hadn't been there before, which turned out to be a portal to this really trippy light show. I got knocked unconscious, and got woken up by these two school teachers, Barbara and Ian. After a very confusing conversation, I realized I had somehow traveled to England. IN 1963. After learning a bit about Barbara and Ian, this entire adventure started feeling very familiar. A quick drive down the road and one cranky grandfather later, I realized that I had somehow ended up in a parallel universe where the characters from the series Doctor Who are real. After trying and failing to convince the doctor my story was true, we got paid a surprise visit by a mysterious Time Lord called "the Walker," who implied he was responsible for bringing me here to complete a large circular paradox. After activating the TARDIS and sending us to the year 100,000 B.C.E, he left, telling the Doctor not to leave me behind, and wishing me "good luck." fast forward 3 years, linear to my timeline. The doctor is now in his fourth regeneration, and I've been traveling with him since the cave of skulls, give or take a few times when the Walker pulled me out of time so I didn't age unnecessarily. We're now with Sarah Jane Smith, and Harry Sullivan, the UNIT field doctor who really, really, really shouldn't have pulled the helmic regulator that hard. So, we're now on some mysterious, unidentified space ark floating in deep space. Great.
