Yuuri has an uncommon Christmas present for certain someone, but he's hesitating with giving it. Yuuram.
Yuuri was walking slowly in the dark corridors of the castle, where the moonlight was the only light. It was very cold night, and somewhere in the festival hall of the castle were villagers dancing and having fun. The music they played in there was filling the whole castle, and even Yuuri could hear it though he was high in one of the towers.
'Why in the hell am I here?' He thought. 'It's Christmas, damn it… I should be home with mom, dad and big brother…"
But then he remembered why he had decided to stay in that world over the Christmas. He had something to give for someone. A little Christmas present for the boy who was so important to him. Thinking about him made Yuuri smile.
He arrived to the door of his room and stopped. He hesitated a little, for his present was so uncommon. Then he decided to go in, he had already come this far and he wouldn't just turn back. It wasn't like him at all to turn back, and otherwise it would have been in vain not to go home and to stay there in the castle with everyone.
The room was dark and quite cold. The moonlight was shining from the window onto the floor and the edge of the bed, where a lonely figure was sleeping. Yuuri knew it was late, and that Wolfram had wanted to go to bed earlier. He didn't like happenings with many people, lot of noise and going on until the morning. So he usually backed away from parties, to get some time without anything bothering.
Wolfram was having a nightmare, Yuuri remarked when sitting onto the edge of his bed. He was moaning in his sleep and shaking a bit. For a while Yuuri just looked at him.
"It's alright, don't be afraid." He whispered then. "The nightmare will go away by time."
Wolfram opened his eyes. "Yuuri..?"
"Were you having a nightmare?" Yuuri asked.
"Yeah… but it's alright now." Wolfram answered, looking at him a bit surprised. "I thought you were in the festival hall with the others."
"I got bored in it." Yuuri explained. He was hesitating again with giving his present.
For a while it was quiet, until Wolfram asked: "Aren't you cold with only your pyjamas on? It's not a warm night, you know."
Yuuri surprised his question a little. "Well… a bit. Why so?"
"You can come here if you want. It's warmer than sitting there though." Wolfram said and moved the blanket aside.
Yuuri could only smile. "Thanks."
And he went under the blanket with Wolfram. It was warm, yes, like he had said. Warm and soft, and Yuuri started to feel sleepy in there. For a while Wolfram looked at him in silence, until Yuuri opened his eyes and looked at Wolfram.
"Why did you come here?" Wolfram asked then. "You have a hundred places to go, and among all those you came here."
Yuuri bit his lip. "Well, I… I've got a Christmas present for you."
Wolfram was surprised. "For me?"
Yuuri blushed and hid his head under the blanket. Now he had said it, and there was no return. He would have to give his present now, and he was angry at himself for hesitating.
Wolfram grabbed the blanket and moved it aside so that he could see Yuuri's face. Yuuri looked at Wolfram's beautiful face with his black eyes, and sighed.
"Close your eyes."
"Why?"
"Just close them. I will give you my present."
And so Wolfram closed his eyes. Yuuri took a deep breath and moved as near him as he could, then gently took his head into his hands.
"Yuuri, what are you -"
Wolfram was interrupted by Yuuri's kiss. He was so surprised, yet so happy, that he didn't know what to do. So he just kissed him back, hugging him tightly, until Yuuri backed off and looked at Wolfram's emerald-green eyes.
"I love you, Wolfram." He whispered.
"I love you too, Yuuri." Wolfram whispered back, and kissed him again.
They're just so cute :D
