Once upon a time there were three little micro-nations. One day, it came time for them to leave their comfort zones and learn how to be real nations and have their own homes.
Before they left, the older nations that had been their protectors and tutors told them, "Whatever you do in your life, you should do your best and stay strong. Don't let anyone try to take you over just because they seem stronger than you." And so the little nations went on their way to build up their homes.
The first little nation, Lithuania, built his home out of straw because the girl nation in the house next to his distracted him and he wasn't paying attention and was trying his best to impress her.
The second little nation, Latvia, built his home out of sticks. He was the smallest of the three and was too intimidated by the two nations next door to him and he wanted to hurry to build his home so he could be safely inside.
The third little nation, Estonia, who was the smartest of the three nations, saw the nation living next door to him as a threat and built his home out of bricks.
One night the big bad nation living next door to Latvia and Estonia, Russia, saw the three new nations and wanted to take them as his own.
He headed south near his sister's home and saw the Lithuania in his house of straw looking out the window towards the girl nation next door. He said "Little nation, little nation let me come in."
"Nothing you could say will help you win, win, win," said the little nation.
"You'll never be able to say that again," said the big bad nation.
And of course, Russia was able to take down Lithuania's home and take the first little nation as his own.
Next, Russia came to Latvia's house of sticks.
"Little nation, little nation, let me come in."Russia ordered the littlest nation loudly.
"Nothing you could say will help you win, win, win," said the little nation.
"You'll never be able to say that again." Russia was able to take down Latvia's home and take the second little nation as his own.
Finally, Russia came to Estonia's house of bricks.
"Little nation, little nation, let me come in," cried Russia.
"Nothing you could say will help you win, win, win."
"You'll never be able to say that again." Well, Russia tried and he tried but he could not take down Estonia's brick home.
But the big bad nation was a sly old nation and he took to the air to find a way into the brick home.
The little nation saw Russia diving from the plane and into the fireplace, so he lit a roaring fire in the fireplace.
Unfortunately for the little nation, he had left his skylight open and the big bad Nation was able to grab Estonia and take him as his own.
Afterwards, the three nations were living together in the attic of Russia's house, and in fear they stayed in the attic until they were needed.
A/N
In case you are wondering what the nations look like on a map. Lithuania is the farthest south with Belarus to the east. North of Lithuania is Latvia which is bordered by both Belarus AND Russia. And Estonia is the farthest north of the Baltics, right on top of Lativia and is bordered just by Russia.
My friend Dyslexic-Carmie asked me to do this, so I did. Should I do the Wolf's side of the story?
