"Sonya! Come on out of the closet." Yasuna said to the closed door.
"This isn't a closet, this is my room" Sonya said perturbed. "And no, this costume is too embarrassing."
"But Sonya" Yasuna whined, "We won't have matching costumes if you don't." "No!" yelled Sonya. "Please," begged Yasuna. "For me."
An audible sigh was heard from the other side of the door.
Sonya hated dressing up, but she really couldn't say no to Yasuna. "Come on Sonya, it'll be fun." "If it's so fun do it by yourself" Sonya said turning away from her. "But, it's no fun if it's not with you" Yasuna said in a meek voice. Sonya looked over her shoulder and sighed. "Fine, I don't have anything planned anyways." "Yayy!" Yasuna quickly perked up. "I was thinking our matching costumes could be a ghost and a Victorian lady." "Fine, just don't try anything with me, you know I hate supernatural things." "Ooh, is Sonya-Chan scared of a little scare" Yasuna said tickling Sonya's back. Sonya quickly spun around pulling out a knife, "Would you like to become a real ghost?"
Sonya opened the door to reveal a long elegant frilly red dress that reached the floor. She was out but she could not see Yasuna.
"Boo, gotahhhh-gggghhh" Before Yasuna could finish her trick Sonya had her in a chokehold. "Ah, sorry," Sonya said embarrassed. "But why do you keep doing that." Yasuna paused then looked at the floor, "How else will I get you to hug me?"
Sonya turning away blushed, "You don't have to do that for me to hug you, idiot." "Awww Sonya you love me." Yasuna teased. "Not when you do stupid things like that!" Sonya yelled.
Yasuna was dressed as a ghost with a big sheet and holes cut into it. The first time she cut the holes the eyes were too far apart so she had to cut two more holes. When asked why she didn't get a new sheet, Yasuna admitted she used her bed sheet and only had one
Yasuna was in awe with her girlfriend's costume, the only problem was the very visible gun belt with a pistol attached. "Uh Sonya, why do you have that." Yasuna pointed. "Ah yeah," Sonya looked at the gun casually. "This is just in case any of the organization assassins try to kill us." "Don't worry, if anyone tries to attack us, I'll scare them away. OOOOO" as Yasuna took a step forward, she stepped on her sheet and face planted on the ground.
"Yeah, and if that doesn't work, I'll do it my way." Sonya said as she pulled Yasuna up. "Deal, but please don't kill them, for me." Sonya couldn't say no to that face, despite it being covered by a sheet.
"Then let's head out" Yasuna proclaimed.
But right when Sonya reached for the door handle, "Hey, Sonya." As Sonya turned around, Yasuna threw her sheet over her.
Both of them were now standing face to face, under the sheet, almost touching.
"What are you doing?" Sonya asked nervously. "hmhmhm" Yasuna giggled. "I just wanted to say, thank you. I know you don't like dressing up or scares or Halloween, but it means so much to me that you did this. And for putting up with me despite teasing you all the time."
The temperature under the sheet was getting higher and higher. "Is-Is that all you wanted to say?" Sonya asked quivering. "Well, also to give you this." With that said, Yasuna leaned in and kissed Sonya. Sonya kissed her back. They both hugged each other and felt each other's embrace. "I love you" muttered Sonya. Yasuna giggled leaning on Sonya, "I love you too, Sonya-chan."
