Sitting at the bar waiting for Mikoto, to come back was always a pain for Eleska. She wanted to be out there with him but he thought it was "just to dangerous". To dangerous my ass. If he wants to protect me than he should just take me with him, Eleska thought to herself.
Isn't that how she got in the whole mess of being one with the slate? To think he would just let her sit on the guidelines again!
Just then Mikoto walked into the bar, instantly seeing her and the angry look she had on her face. He just sighed and shook his head.
Walking over to the bar and sitting next her was probably not the best idea right now.
So instead he walked up behind her and whispered for her to meet him in his room. Then he just walked away knowing she would come. She always did.
When she got there, he was just lounging on his bed.
"Come here." Mikoto all but demanded.
She then walked over and sat down on the edge of the bed. Heavily she might add.
"Eleska, I know you don't like being stuck here while I'm out doing a job but it's for your own good."
She turned to him, "This isn't for my own good! Isn't being stuck here what got me in the mess? Isn't it what stopped me from seeing you for years?" She yelled. He sighed again.
"Eleska, that was then. This is now. Being here means not losing you again and I couldn't bear it if I lost you again."
It was her turn to sigh. "Just know that I can protect myself now and that I want to be with you wherever you go."
"I know that, but staying here means I know where you are. We've had this conversation multiple time now."
"I know. I just..don't want to lose you either." She admitted quietly.
"Now come over here and kiss me." Mikoto demanded with a smirk.
She leaned over and kissed him lightly, but he didn't want that at all. He pulled her roughly towards him, kissing her passionately. He pushed her down on the bed to show her how much he truly does care.
