"How much longer?"

"Two hours or so. We'll stop for lunch in a little bit. Wendys?" Isabel's mom glanced into the backseat at me, waiting for an answer.

But I didn't really hear that last part.

I get to see him in two hours. In two hours I will get to see Travis Stoll. Two hours. A hundred and twenty minutes. Seven thousand two hundred seconds. Four hundred and thirty two milli-

"Earth to Katie!"

I snapped out of my dream world and back into reality, looking over at Isabel. She gave me the frustrated look of someone who had obviously been trying to get the attention of their best friend for the past five minutes, and I grinned apologetically.

"Sorry Iz, what'd you say?"

She sighed exasperatedly, but was smiling, too.

"I said," She paused; most likely for dramatic effect. " 'What are you going to do first when you get to Camp Halfblood?' "

"Um." Go find Travis. "Um. Set up my bunk I guess. Take the swim test. Converse with our fellow camp-goers; what else?"

"I dunno, but I heard they installed new challenges on the climbing wall, spikes and disappearing hand-holds and sandbags to weigh you down if you want a bit of an extra challenge." Isabel explained, her blue eyes gleaming with excitement.

I grimaced. That sounded awful. "Thanks but no thanks. I mean, I love the climbing wall, but you know I'm not good with competition like that. I spaz out and get all jittery and then completely embarrass myself. You should try it though, Miss jock, basketball player, eight time gold medal winner in the chariot racing competition."

Isabel laughed. "See, you just don't wanna do it because you know I would kick your butt."

I rolled my eyes. "I don't think, Iz, I know you would kick my butt. And, now that you mention it, everyone else would too. Which is why I'm not doing it."

She exhaled in a "Whatever; do what you want" sort of way and went back to reading Harry Potter for the millionth time.

I, however, went back to staring out the window and daydreaming about a certain brown-haired, blue-eyed prankster who had Stoll my heart (haha…Stoll…get it? Cause- nevermind) exactly one year before.
