So if you are in particular with the book known as "Hatchet" you would know it is a book about survival... this version here that i am going to write about is brian actually crashing and not surviving, also i have changed up a few plot stuff but yea...
The pilot aches in pain... launches back in fourth in his chair... is he trying to communicate something to brian? his mouth seems to be stuck on whatever sentence he is trying to say.
Brian is trying to grasp what the pilot is saying... help? he didnt know... suddenly the pilot comes to a stop and an awful smell fills the cockpit of the plane... he pulls his shirt over his face and trys to think... he goes back to a few years ago... in the mall with his mother... they walk out of a store ready to exit the mall... suddenly Brian notices a man.. jolting back and fourth on the ground... trying to grab something... flinching back and fourth like he was stuck on a hard decision... there is people around this man in utter-shock trying to figure out what to do! his mother covers his eyes and walks him out of the store on her side... he later asks his mother what was happening to the man... his mother replies "he was having a heart attack, thats what happens to older people" Brian exits his flash back... This man was having a heart attack! but... he looked as he was in his mid 40s he was too young to be having a heart attack... right? but this doesnt matter to Brian now... this man was dead... and now his main focus was figuring how he was going to get out of this awful plane.
Brian looks over to the man... lifeless... dead... he pushes his body over... and attemps to pilot the plane... he experiment s with on how the plane functions... he keeps it at a steady pase... "okay" Brian says to himself... he takes a deep breath and thinks of something that could possibly help him communicate to someone... maybe someone could help him... "right!" Brian says... pilots always have some sort of communication device aboard there planes... he takes a moment to browse around the tiny cockpit... he sees a bunch of numbers, buttons levers etc... and he sees one screen in particular displaying a line of... what coding? it looked as some sort of code... like to a radio station... exactly! it was some sort of intercom connection to a pilot channel! Finally he knew something... but how was he going to communicate to whoever was on the other side of the line... once again he looks around... and comes to a stop at the pilot... on the pilots belt he had a intercom! a radio! at-last he had found the final peice to the puzzle... he turns it on... "hello? hello? this is Brian Robeson i am 13 years old and i am stuck in a plane with no pilot i need help do you copy? With one hand on the wheel, and a foot on the pedal trying to multitask... he repeats him self... "does anyone hear me? i am Brian Robeson and i am on a plane with no pilot" no reply... brian would have to do this on his own... 3 hours later, Brian is still functioning the plane... as a matter of fact.. he is a natural! but there is one thing that may stop him from getting out of this mess alive... fuel... like most vehicles... they required food... gasoline... such almost like humans... and he realized that the plane was going to get low on fuel... he had to make a decision... was he going to turn the planes rear down and hope for the best... maybe try to browse for a good landing spot maybe a lake?... Or eventually run out of fuel and not have a choice of were he would land because in a matter of seconds the plane would go down... not giving him a decision... Brian finally decides that if he wants to live he shall have to... attempt to land the plane... his throat tightens... he looks around the... he sees nothing but green... trees... trees... he sees a few lakes... not really lakes but small pond like areas... he sees rocky cliffs... if he were to land in those he would die... be crushed... he would have to land somewhere... and fast... he scouts the area... he sees a lake... at last! he breathes in and out... and tilts the rear down...the plane spirals down... causing Brian to throw up and pass out...
Brian wakes up... very dizzy... not able to feel anything... he cant see, nore even hear... he was empty... like he had died... something in him was telling him he was alive... he finally wakes up... feeling pain... pain everywhere... he can see again but cannot move... he looks around... he notices a huge gash on his leg... so big he could fit his hand inside it... but he also noticed that it was leaking blood and fast... he wanted to try to stop the bleeding but his body wouldnt allow him to move his arms to seek the attention the wound needed. his eyes slowing shut... his body was shutting down... this was it Brian realized... he was going to die... it was over for brian... brians eyes fully close... and project nothing but darkness... he no longer feels the pain if being alive... it was over... and... it was done.
THE END.
