"If you'll be my star, I'll be your sky..."

Sabine woke slowly, to the sound of a voice humming softly throughout the Ghost.

"You can hide underneath me and come out at night..."

She got dressed quietly, not wanting to interrupt the singing that flowed from the vents. It really was a good song, after all.

"When I turn jet black, and you show off your light..."

She crept down the corridor. The voice was getting stronger, the further she went into the ship.

"I live to let you shine..."

Shivers ran down her back.

"I live to let you shine."

She slid softly over to the entrance to the Engine Room, and peered inside. 'No way!'

The voice that she'd been hearing belonged to none other than the Ghost's resident padawan, still singing, and taking no notice of how the air vent he was standing next to was accidentally transferring his voice to the rest of the Ghost's inhabitants.

Sabine spun around as she saw several shadows coming up behind her. Kanan and Zeb had also followed the sound, and Chopper stood just behind them, recording Ezra's song. The expressions on their faces were both similar, yet different, contradictory as many things involving Jedi were, yet they all shared three things; disbelief, awe, and most of all, curiosity.

"Ebbing, and flowing, and pushed by a breeze..."

Karabast! She'd been so caught up in Kanan and Zeb that she'd missed at least a verse of Ezra's song. She shivered again as she focused on the ethereal quality of his voice. At least she could listen to the recording later.

"I live to set you free..."

"I live to set you free..."

Her and the others slid down to lean against the wall. They were ready to sit and wait for Ezra to finish his song, and if they were lucky, they could sit through another, and another. His voice was haunting, and they were all caught in his spell.
