There was this hurt, flashing and replaying in her eyes. The actions, there was something hidden behind. And he caused it. He made the sparkle dull, pulled it to working low energy, tearing hearts apart. Confusion was a big part, just like trust. The question who to trust came up in everyone. Neither wanting to trade, not to pick a side. But the most did. They can't and shouldn't be judged, neither the two, nor anyone else.

Both of them unhappy how it had to go, but only one had to hide it. Only one had to face the real, the consequences. The big fat mess that was left. She was there to fix it. Make it clean, but you could tell it hurt. Not only her. Many were impacted by it, a few more than others. But the two of them were the biggest one. It started with them, and ended because of them. No denying on either side.

They say actions speak louder than words. And whoever 'they' are, are fucking damn right. If you look closely, pay attention to the smallest things, like they eyes or small gestures, then you can find the real. A hint of the truth. And that was the thing that needed to get out now.

She tried to block it off, laughing where the matter of it was dead serious. The flickering of her eyes as she had to face the reality, probably remembering it was true. It was respect, of friendship and decisions, that made her agree. Even though it was hard for her, he was important for her, and she was for him. After all he had held her heart, promising not to hurt it.

But it was also the moment everything slipped right through her hands. The planned things, just everything that had happened, it was simply flying away. It happened like a blow, coming quick and unpredictable. And with that her heart was hurt, maybe inadvertently and just as an act of protect for both of them. But I had happened.

Now she didn't know if she really wished to go back and change things, if she wanted to have it all different, or if she wanted to continue anything, the lies, her promises or her life for that matter, or just finding the safety and care again.

But there was one thing she knew for sure, she wanted to say it right.
