"So...can I ask what happened to your kitchen?" Blaine said calmly while taking in the war zone that once was the Hudmel family kitchen.

Finn looked around before nervously grinning, "Um, I was uh-, making breakfast?"

Blaine warily used his toe to nudge an upside-down pan lying close by and saw no less than six crushed eggs underneath.

"I see."

As he surveyed the damage (how was there bread sticking to the ceiling?), Finn was slowly getting slightly more antsy.

"I-, I'm getting better."

Blaine stared at him trying to see if he honestly believed that, before just pinching the bridge of his nose and muttering 'It's too early for this' to himself.

"Look Finn. It's...christ, eight in the morning and it's just, and I say this with love as your soon-to-be brother-in-law, but, maybe it would be best to let someone, or maybe anyone else, make breakfast." Finn frowned.

"It's not that bad."

"Finn, whatever is in that bowl on the counter is smoking!"

"It's just-"

"There are two-...four pieces of toast stuck to that wall!"

"Now that was not my-!"

Blaine just held up his hands to stop Finn, "You know what? I'm just gonna head back upstairs and attempt to sleep, and you should probably rebuild the kitchen before Kurt gets back in about thirty minutes. Goodbye and goodnight. Or morning."

He turned to go back to Kurt's bedroom but Finn quickly dashed (carefully) across the room and made to pull him back, forgetting his own size and nearly tackling Blaine into the floor.

"Finn!"

"Wait, please help!" Finn's voice was panicked and he didn't let up his grip on the shorter man's arm, "Dude you know how scary Kurt can be! He will kill me for making this mess!"

"Well then you should have thought about that before you did it," Blaine tugged his arm free and tried to leave again. He was so tired.

"Besides, Kurt won't kill you. You already have your best man suit for our wedding."

"But-"

"Sorry Finn," then Blaine did a perfect cat-walk turn that Kurt would have been proud of and left Finn to himself.

There was absolutely no proper ending here, was there?
