Coricopat smirked. He had always hated his psychic abilities buut right now was one of those "I'm so grateful I'm psychic moments".
He could tell from all the way across the clearing that Mungojerrie and Rumpleteazer were talking about him and Tantomile.
"Them twins Coricopat and Tantomile are psychaic, aint they?" Rumpleteazer hissed hushedly.
"I aint sure." Mungojerrie breathed. "They sure do seem it, Teazer"
"Well it freaks me out." Rumpleteazer concluded.
As their conversation ended, Rumpleteazer split off from her brother to join the other queens while Mungojerrie started off towards Coricopat and Tantomile.
"'Ello, Cori." Mungojerrie said as he sat down.
Coricopat was sensing strong vibes from him. The kind that often meant that the cat in question had recently been thinking about him. These vibes were obviously emitted by sub-concious memories of his and Teazer's recent conversation.

Mungojerrie wanted to defend Coricopat and Tantomile. Everything his sister was accusing them of being was ridiculous and she knew it. But an unsaid rule between the Torbie twins was that Teazer was always right, even when she wasn't.
Also, Coricopat knew. He knew of the rumors being spread about him. Nobody was sure how, even the kits claimed that they hadn't told anyone. But somehow Coricopat knew.
Mungojerrie decided that he had probably heard one of his conversations with Teazer. She's very loud, you know!
Strangely, the mottled tom had a habit of paying attention to Coricopat and Tantomile. Especially Coricopat. He never really understood that. Whenever Mungojerrie was confused by something, he would always talk to Demeter. The two of them were great friends and had known eachother since kithood. The golden queen was always looking out for him just as much as Teazer.
"Why is my attention drawn to Tantomile and Coricopat?" Mungojerrie said to her later that day.
"Well..." she pondered as she sipped her lemon tea. "Perhaps some form of psychic energy attracting your chi or something..."
Mungojerrie wasn't sure wheather he understood a word she had just said.
"That or you're crushing on Tantomile!" She said jokingly. "Heck, Jerrie! You looked at me like that's actually possible!"

Coricopat's mind was going crazy. He could still feel the same vibes as earlier from Mungojerrie.
Although the male Torbie twin was halfway across the Junkyard, the admirant vibes were just as strong as when Mungojerrie was only half a meter away.
To be honest, being constantly thought of worried Coricopat just a bit. Of course, Mungojerrie was nice and all, but all of this was a tiny bit too much and slightly stalkerish.
Demeter scampered past and grabbed Coricopat's arm.
"Just a heads up, Cori, I think Jerrie may be a bit... taken by your sister..."
The dark tabby tilted his head.
"What do you... ohhhh..." Coricopat finally realized.

That night, Mungojerrie contemplated long and hard about what Demeter had suggested.
But what if it wasn't Tantomile that Mungojerrie was in to. Maybe it was Coricopat.
Mut that was so far fetched. I mean, Coricopat was an unstable, dangerous psychic demon kitty from the depths of the fell. Right?
Oh, who was he kidding trying to hide it. Being in love with Coricopat would explain almost everything.
Of course, Mungojerrie had to tell Demeter. But how would the beautiful queen react when she found out that her best friend wasn't obsessively straight?
Who cared? He was going to tell Coricopat the next morning. He just had to. Even if he couldn't tell Demeter.
