"Well, aren't you a Little-Miss-Perfect?"
"Yes, yes I am."
"Ha- wait, what?"
"You said 'Well, aren't you a Little-Miss-Perfect?' and I agreed."
I stared at her. A moment of silence passed as she gazed into my eyes.
"And don't you dare say that I'm full of myself. You're the one that suggested that I'm perfect, I just agreed."
"H-how did you know what-"
"Your eyes are the window to your tiny brain. And your brain isn't too hard to read."
She flipped my hair and walked away.
And I couldn't help thinking that maybe- just maybe- she really was perfect.
A random conversation between Annabeth and Percy, as if they were, IDK, normal high schoolers. Aw, they're in love. :)
