the tail of Britain side of America's Independence

Shattered

Breath in and out I said to myself as I watched my whole world shatter apart. As the moments when by I saw memories flash me for me. Memories of being with my little brother, America and watching him grow up. I didn't notice America pointing the gun at me. I couldn't see his face clearly from the rain that pored between us. He yelled something at me but I couldn't hear him. I only stare at him, "from now on I'm independent from you, Britain!" He yelled and I understood him then. I started crying but the rain washed them away. America lowered his gun seeing me, then in a single moment rage overwhelmed me and I grabbed my gun that was slung on my back. I began running at him with the gun pointing the gun towards him.

"I won't allow it!" I yelled at him thrusting gun the top part of my gun toward his chest. I had my eyes closed knowing the one hit of the top of the gun would kill his gun. As I opened my eyes the top of my gun was stuck one the side of his gun. I ripped the gun out of his hand and it fell to the ground. "I can't, I wouldn't"

"Shot me, Britain!" He strode there, knowing I could shot him. I lowered my gun at the same time I collapsed onto the battlefield. I let my gun fall to my side.

"Dam it why, why can't I shot?" I raised my hands to my face and cried into them.

"You know why," America said kicking my gun to the side. "You raised me as your own." I hear him walk way from me. "Now I must rise as my own nation." I looked up to see him turn his head and gave a sad smile. "Good bye," he kept walking away from me. I reached out for him and fell forward. I kept crying and lay in the mud. I wanted the mud to eat me or the rain to wash me away.

After a few moments I picked myself up and walked over to where my gun lay on the ground. I fell every time I breathed in my heart began to melt within me. I held my hand up to my heart and grabbed the fabric. I tried to cry again but my eyes were dry. "Good Bye!" I yelled out into the rain, "Good bye, America."
