The hallways of Monster High screamed with ravenous delight as the lunch bell rings. The eclectic groups of students hustle and bustle their ways to Creepateria for some beastly bites.
"Oh finally!" Cleo groans, pushing the other students out of the way in her royal fashion. Leaving a trail of irritated and hungry students. Draculaura reimburses them with awkward smiles and apologies for Cleo's sake. "You can't keep doing that Cleo." Draculaura scolds. Cleo, obviously confused, "Why not? They're just common folk, back in my palace—"Well, we're not at your palace anymore. I understand you're royalty but over here at Monster High, we're all equal. That's the point, remember?"
They stopped by the lockers, Cleo sighed, defeated, "I suppose." Draculaura smiled at Cleo, understanding and sweet, "Thanks Cleo. I know this must be hard." She turned back to her locker and proceeded to roll her numbers, "I have to get some books before lunch time rush, meet you at our spot?" Cleo tucked her hair, pushing blue locks back, "Alright then, I'll save your spot." She walked off with a wink.
Draculaura struggled to set the books in her locker, "Oh why did they have to give me a top locker! Ugh!" She tried to jump and get her books for the next class, "Come on!" barely reaching the tips of the books.
"Aw Lala, need some help there?" a familiar fanged friend laughed. He overshadowed Draculaura, igniting a bump in her chest. He reached over to get her books, flashing a toothy grin that only made our pink vampire glow red. She dipped her head low, shy and abashed, biting her lip flirtatiously, "Hey Clawd."
He handed Draculaura her books, "You skipping lunch?" Clawd's body tensed at just how awkward he sounded. Draculaura didn't seem to catch on, "Ha, uh no, I'm just. Books." She mentally groaned, hiding herself behind her books so he couldn't see just how pink she's flushing. "So what…um, what are you doing here?" Clawd bit his lips, trying to get the courage to look her in her eye. For someone so big and tough, you'd think the shy look wouldn't go so well with him but in Draculaura's eyes, it was absolutely adorable.
"I was wondering if you wanted to have lunch together?" He flashed another shiner, hoping it would win her over, not knowing that just having small talk made her heart soar all over campus. Draculaura couldn't stop smiling, "Oh sure! That sounds great Clawd." She giggled as she closed her locker door.
