Author's Note: This is sort of a companion to A Scrying Shame, I would like
to thank Inkwells for the lovely idea.
Disclaimer: I don't own Charmed, duh.
Hello there, I'm he Halliwell's clock. You may know me from my dramatic performances lying in splinters on their floor. I always make a miraculous recovery and am back the next day though. Strange how that happens. But let's just say that I have more fake parts than Michael Jackson.
I don't know if I'm a demon magnet or what. But it seems that I either get zapped, fire balled, energy balled, or a demon flies into me on an almost daily basis. I wish I were human so I would have at least a fighting chance, like I could DUCK once in a while.
I'll tell you about a normal day in my life. Pretty much boring until someone gets up. Then it's pretty much more boring. Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock, tick tock...DONG DONG DONG! Oh yay, it's three o'clock. Tick tock, tick tock, FIRE BALL!!!! And so ends my day.
Lovely life, no? Once in a while I get a break from being splinters. I often long for the simpler life before the sisters were Charmed though. That was the good life, a normal clock life.
As the scrying crystal may have told you the sisters are very inconsiderate. They are always whining about how magic ruined their lives, but never considering how much their household items suffer. Before they were witches demons weren't barging into the house at all hours. They aren't the ones that need to be repaired every week, why should they be complaining?! If they get hurt Leo just heals them, they're injuries aren't permanent. I'm scarred for life!
Those whiny little witches should try standing still right in the line of fire. They wouldn't be allowed to move or loose magic, I'd like to see how they like it!
Next time you hear them complaining that they want a normal life, remember me and how much I want them to have a normal life too!
