Sitting in his glass prison Loki, prince of Asgard was unervingly still. The 1,000 year old god simply stared at the wall. The Avengers were confused. Well, Thor more than any of the others. Loki has a silver tounge, and it was his most favored weapon. Thor expected something. Insults, rage, something. Yet-yet there was nothing. Something was wrong.
"Friend Tony, open the door"
"What? Are you nuts?" Tony was not very happy about the request. Thor wanted him to give reindeer games a chance to escape? After destroying a fourth of New York, his tower, and personally throwing him out a window?
NOT A CHANCE IN HELL."Friend Tony I beseech you to open the door" Tony was not having it.
"I can't with out Fury's permission" Clint and Natasha stated at him. Did Tony just said he needed Fury's allowance?
"Tony" Thor was slowly gaining more heat in his voice.
"Why?! After all of the effort to get the psycho in there you want to just let him out?!"
"Friend Tony something is wrong with my brother. He should be attacking us but he is doing nothing. No insult, no magic, nothing."
"And how do we know this is not a trick?" Clint snapped. Thor for once in his life thought about his answer.
"We don't" It was that simple yet brutally honest question that made Clint reel back and Tony sigh.
"Fine. Five minuets" Thor smiled and walked to the door.
"Thank you friend Tony" Tony didn't smile more like grimised.
The door made a hiss as it opened and Thor stepped inside quickly letting it close behind him before moving forward. He moved in front of Loki. Thor crouched in front of his brother and simply watched. Loki was sluggish, and turned to face Thor as if some great force was making it near impossible. His dull blue eyes pierced Thorn's soul and make him falter. Loki did not have blue eyes. His green eyes were well known. They were unique and always had an unworldly glow about them. It was one of the few things many people were envious of. Thor scanned his brother, this was as close as he had been in a while without Loki trying to kill him.
Loki's face was sunken in and his hair greasy and unkempt. He was covered in strange scars and his hand was clutched on a glowing necklace. Thor's eyes widened. Thinking he fell for a trap he grabbed this necklace to prevent Loki from doing what his had planned.
The second the chain snapped Loki let out an ungodly scream. The scream held unparalleled agony. One of Loki's hands reached to grab it. It was almost as if a film had been covering him and Thor watched in devistation and horror as his brothers real form was uncovered.
Loki's skin was blue and clung to bones. Patches of skin didn't exist In some places and it was only exposed bone. Loki had one red eye left and his hair, that was once his pride and joy was nearly gone. The right side of his face was gone. Only a skull was on its place. Thor fell back as corpse of his brother started losing strength, it's power source clutched in Thor's hand.
"Necromancy" Was all he could whisper.
