AN:
Old Queen: Blair Waldorf
Queen J: Jenny Humphrey
King N: Nate Archibald
Dark Prince: Chuck Bass
Queen's ladies: Serena van der Woodsen and Vanessa Abrams
Her life was like a fairytale.
Literally.
Jenny could picture it now; it would go something like this…
The lowly young peasant girl, (who had always, with great admiration admired the Queen and her ladies) just happened to attend the same school as the Queen, and eventually, by a mere stroke of luck became the Queen's Handmaiden. So Little J was born. After several encounters with the Dark Prince her very own devil in disguise, this lowly handmaiden began to yearn for something more. Power, popularity and most of all….
A dark prince to call her own.
Slowly, but surely, after several great battles with the Queen, the Handmaiden emerged the victor, having persuaded King N to discard the Queen, who then hooked up with the Dark Prince, who was a stand in for the King.
The Handmaiden won King N to her side, but the Queen would not concede to defeat. Eventually the Handmaiden was defeated, the King discarded and the Dark Prince too.
She had lost.
But the game was not yet over.
Eventually, this Handmaiden vowed, eventually, she would rise again to reign over the land of the Upper East Side as the new Queen.
Queen J.
She vowed that she would be better than the old Queen, the former Queen may have succeeded in keeping her Prince, but Queen J would soon have her King.
Little did she know that there would soon begin a battle for the new Queen's heart.
This time, neither, the Dark Prince, nor King N wanted her for her power, which they both knew was fleeting, they both wanted her heart.
As they had both fought for the old Queen's heart 2 years before, so now did these once bestfriends compete for a place in Queen J's heart.
For the Dark Prince, it was a yearing, he had felt something missing in him ever since that faithful night when he had tried to possess the young Handmaiden and failed.
He had seen the hatred in her eyes.
But it had only made him love her more.
He had tried to apologize, he had spent time with her, (under the guise of helping the former Queen) but he really wanted to get to know her, to truly love her.
Only then, he sensed, could he truly posess her heart.
The King on the other hand, had been with several of the Queen's ladies as well as the former Queen herself, but each time, he realised that none were as dear to him, as Queen J.
He too, would do anything to posess her heart.
Like all fairytales, Queen J just prayed this one would have a happy ending.
