Author's Note: All right, I've always, always wanted to write a poem about Uchiha Itachi. I mean he's a wonderful brother! If you haven't read the manga… READ IT!

He was a trapped bird,

In an iron bar cage

In the middle of the night he stirred

Waking with sadness in the eye

He miserably wishes to soar high in the sky

Finally escaping,

He started shaping

Into something murderous

Something dangerous.

Blood splattered

Bodies scattered

A little robin screams

As the crow's red eyes gleams

And he makes his final escape,

And disappeared in the night's black cape.

---

Years later,

The crow becomes a traitor.

The robin glares at the crow,

With much malice that shot like an arrow

He fights to avenge,

To take revenge

But the crow speaks, "Become stronger,

And wait a little longer."

---

Years afterward,

The wise robin steps forward,

But the crow steps backward

The robin yells,

"You shall now hear your death bells."

The crow bowed his head down,

With a small disappointed frown.

As he spoke and saw shadows,

"Dear brother, shoot me with your arrows,

But remember…

I still love you as a brother forever."

---

Just as the crow dies,

The robin finally cries.

His feathers droop,

As he gathers his troop

To plan to destroy a village

To get revenge,

For trapping his poor brother's rage

In that rusty old birdcage.

Author's Note: Guess what? That actually only took me fifteen to twenty minutes XD. But, I did have troubling finding a word to rhyme with "escape" but I read A LOT of Dr. Seuss books when I was very small, so it provided some good information. 
