A little something I thought up while contenplating a Yu-Gi-Oh-Jurrasic Park Crossover. (btw: not going to happen)

Disclaimer: If I owned Yu-Gi-Oh I would'nt be writing this.

Cats-

Voilet eyes stared into yellow ones.
He blinked. They blinked back.
Beads of sweat dotted his face, and the eyes just stared.
His knuckles were white as he clenched his fists.

"Go on, pet him."
His father, the Pharoah, encouraged him to do the simple task of petting the family cat, but (little) Atem stood frozen to the spot.
No way in hell would go near that monster.
"Come on, Atem don't be such a baby." his father got up from his chair, picked up the cat, whose name I might add was Ankhu, and placed him in the unwilling arms, of the young prince. His arms, being unwilling as they were, proceeded to drop the poor Ankhu. And Ankhu being a cat, then dug his claw's into whatever he thought would stop his falling. Which happened to be Atem's arms.
Ankhu growled. Atem cryed out in pain.
The Pharoah walked over and picked up the cat, pulling his (now bloody) claws out of his son's arms. He tapped him lightly on the nose and said "Bad cat," before setting him on the stone floor.
"Geez, Atem, why did you do that?"
And as Atem was being led out of the room to get his arm's taken care of, he looked, through tear filled eyes, behind his back, to see Ankhu, giving him the look of death.
Yes, cats were most definitely evil.

-Few days later-
Atem sat under the only tree in the palace courtyard, gazing at the sky, when he saw something black in the corner of his eye.
Ankhu was stalking towards him in a very panther like manner, with a look of bloodlust in his yellow eyes.
Oh, muffin (1.
Atem stood up slowly, as the cat came at him faster.
Muffin.
He knew what was coming, and he also knew that he had to get out of there. But at the rate that IT was coming at him, he would never get away fast enough.
So he started climbing the tree.
He stopped when he could go now higher and looked down.
It was looking at him.
It jumped onto the trunk. It's arms hugging it while it's claw's where digging into the bark. It pushing itself up and dug it's claws into a higher place in the bark, climbing the tree (2.
And before the little prince knew it, Ankhu was standing on the branch in front of him, ready to pounce.
He pounced.
Both he and the prince fell out of the tree (3.
Atem yelled out as the cat was scrating and bitting every part of the prince he could get at.
It took a while before the palace guards realized that all the yelling was coming from the prince. After a while they managed to get the vicuous cat off of him, and took the crying prince to the palace doctor to get all his scratches and bites wrapped.
The Pharaoh was very unhappy. Needless to say Ankhu was never heard from again.

Ra, Atem hated cats.

1: Lately I've been saying muffin in place of the word shit.
2: I've seen my cat do this many times.
3: It's not a very tall tree.
