Heya! So I know I have said I hated Twilight (I still do), but I wanted to do a story about if Jasper and Alice didn't work out (but they're still friends/family), and a Texan girl named Aggie Lane moved to Forks, Washington and Jasper found himself in love with her. Reviews I don't mind, just not so harsh ones…I hope you all enjoy this! And no Aggie is not a Mary-sue type of girl, granted there is like maybe a couple Mary-sue parts but she is no Mary-Sue!

ENJOY!

Aggie's POV

*Beep! Beep! Beep!* I slammed my alarm clock and rolled onto my back. I opened my eyes, groaning at the brightness of my room, and saw a white, plain ceiling.

"I hate moving." I muttered. I sat up a little, stretching my back and still feeling sleepy. My dad knocked a little and came in, he was already dressed and he looked a little shocked.

"Aggie Lane, it's six thirty, you should have been up and out of bed already lil girl." He said with a small smile on his face. He left before I could even say 'Good Morning.' I threw my duvet off and swung my legs out of the warm, and comfort of my bed. I stood up, and slowly moved towards my closet, on the door was my oversized grey hooded jacket, plain white long sleeved shirt and black skinny jeans. I changed from my PJ's into that, I had a shower the other night before bed so I was okay. I checked my watch and saw it was nearly seven. I walked out of my still packed room, down the hall to the washroom. After I did my business and left, I walked down the staircase, brushing my hair into a loose ponytail and into the kitchen to see my dad, reading the newspaper. I picked up an apple and bit into it.

"Hey dad." I said while chewing on the apple.

"Aggie, don't speak with your mouth full." He said. I rolled my eyes and swallowed the piece.

"Sorry dad." I grabbed my backpack filled with my new notebooks and pens. My dad got up, picked up his shoulder bag and got his car keys. We got to the front door where he put on his running shoes and I put on my cow-girl boots.

"First day of school. Ya nervous?" I asked smirking as we got out the front door, dad locked the door.

"Nah, probably not as nervous as you are sweet pea." He said with a laugh. Dad got transferred to Forks High School, he's the new Gym teacher.

"I'm never nervous, you know that daddy." I laughed. We got into our black pickup truck, he started the engine and we drove off. Since we live near the town lines it takes almost an hour to get to the school. It didn't bother me really, I got to looked out my window to see the lush forest and mist around us.

"It's so beautiful." I whispered. My dad laughed.

"Better then home?" He asked. I turned to him and smiled.

"It's more earthy, cool and ever so wonderful." I said in awe. It was true, even Houston didn't have this much green, unless it was some trees and grass. This was sheer beauty. It got quiet in the car, and to me, it was perfect.

So that was chapter 1 so far...I have everything written down in my notebook, just editing some lines and some minor details. Also I'm making Bella a bit more of a nicer person...like approaching Aggie first and talking with her. I hope y'all have liked this short chapter so far!
