Prologue Eureka fell to her knees and cried. Renton wrapped his arms around her and held his wife tight. Even through the thick walls they could hear their son cry. He was a sick, sick little boy. His coralion and human blood didn't mix right. The trapars in the air were killing him. The crew of the Gecko had built a special room that was able to keep trapars out. But he hated it. Renton Thurston Jr. hated that room. He was only three but he realized he was in isolation. He was never allowed to leave the room. Everytime he did he would immediately grow pale, start to vomit, and lose consciousness. But no matter how hard they tried, they couldn't get him to understand how sick he was. He looked like a male version of Eureka. Purple eyes and all. But he acquired Renton's brains. That's where it all started. With Renton Jr's brains. RJ had figured out how to open the door. He checked into the hallway and started to run. He wanted to get as far away from that room as possible. He was already starting to grow pale. But that fateful moment was also when the ship was attacked. RJ was picked up and was rushed to the hanger. RJ fought and struggled but was growing weaker by the second. Eureka saw the men carrying her son off and ran towards them. They all got to the hanger and hit Eureka in the stomach. RJ cried out for her. The hanger bay doors opened. She reached out for them, "Please don't take him. He's sick. He won't survive out there!" The men smirked, "We don't care. The boss wants the kid, so that means we get the kid to the boss. We don't care what happens to the kid" Eureka started to cry, she whispered, "Renton" She looked up at her scared child, "Please, don't take him" The ship hit turbulence and the man holding RJ slipped back. He let go of Renton and he fell down the hanger doors. Eureka screamed, "Renton!" RJ flew out of the ship. The entire crew searched for months but there wasn't a single sign of the poor boy. They all believed that he was dead. Mesha made models of what could happen to his system and it wasn't good. No one really recovered from the loss. Renton Jr. was like a son to all of them. But it was all by fate, that one day, they met once more.
