A Note From Jaz: I am a big fan of Shaman King long before it got translated into English. For those of you who don't know, then, Muscle Punch is Called Magnet in the FoxBox. I personally think he's the best. In the episode when the guys went off to Dobie Village, The Dead Enders left Ryu a note, and Muscle Punch's part said "P.S., I met a lady friend." This is the tale of his "Lady friend". Please Review! –Jaz
Muscle Punch sighed, casting a gaze at the girl sitting at lane 15. She had long died blue hair pulled up into a ponytail, held by two chop-sticks. She wore a bright yellow long sleeved tee shirt and long flared out jeans that covered her black boots. He sighed again and looked down at the counter he was washing.
Last summer, he had opened the bowling alley that had once been haunted by Tokagero. He renamed it, appropriately, The Sacred Hang, and it seemed to be quite the popular place.
Business was slow that night, though—only two groups of people were bowling. The first was Wondergirl (oh, if he only knew her name!) and her group, the second was what members of the Dead Enders were left, and they were always at the alley. He looked up to see his friend's scores, just to find Wondergirl standing in front of him at the snack counter, looking up at the menu.
"Can…Can I help you?" Muscle Punch asked, a bit embarrassed.
"I think I'll have a pretzel. Extra cheese, please." She had the voice of an angel.
"Comin' right up, Miss."
"It's Elise," she said with a small smile.
"Excuse me?"
"My name is Elise." She repeated. "I've been coming here for three months to bowl, and you haven't even asked my name."
"You probably don't know mine."
"It's Muscle Punch," Elise said matter-of-factly.
"Wait—How?"
"I'm an eavesdropper." She smiled again as he put a freshly baked pretzel on a plate and filled a cup with cheese.
"Here, then, Miss Elise." He handed her the plate.
She gave him her spare change. "Thank you, then, Mister Muscle Punch," she took the plate, walking back to lane 15.
Muscle Punch looked back down at the counter, then, before he knew what he was doing, he began to go after her. "Miss Elise! Will you play a game of 10 pins wit' me?"
"Of Course, Mister Muscle Punch."
Dear Ryu-
Have a great time. Don't forget us.
