The Criminal Case of Kim, Tom and Karl
It was 9:00am on Sunday 10th August, and me, Kim and Karl were playing in an nearby alleyway near Kim's house. 30 seconds later there was a loud scream, the three of us looked shocked and we went over to investigate. We found Mr. Garrison on the floor with blood all around him and a weapon nearby. There was also stains on the shirt that Mr. Garrison was wearing.
About 5 minutes later, Mr. Garrison's secetary runs over to join me, Kim and Karl. "Did you three do this?" asked Mr. G's secetary. "No we didn't! We swear on our lives!" said Kim. Mr. Garrison's secetary wasn't pleased so she rung for the police to come over to the location where the five of us were.
The police came five minutes later... "We are from the Greater Manchester police... who did this crime scene?" said the police. "We didn't!" said Tom. "We don't believe you!" said the policeman. "All three of you are under arrest on suspicion of murder!" "Anything you say will be taken down and mentioned in court!" All three of us remained silent.
The three of us sobbed as we were ushered to the police car with hand cuffs on.
About 15 minutes later, we were taken into the police station where all three of us were put in different cells. The police ordered us not to talk to each other whilst we remained in our cells otherwise we would all be in trouble.
An hour later, we were all taken to the court room for a hearing where Mr. Garrison's secetary was waiting. The judge arrived in the court room as we were ushered into the sentencing box for the hearing then the jury arrived and sat down along with our parents.
The judge turned to the three of us and said "Kim, Tom and Karl you are here today because you've been arrested on suspicion of murder so I must ask you to tell the court and the jury about this case. "Well you see your honor" I said. "The three of us were nearby Kim's house when the three of us heard a loud scream. We didn't see anything until we reached the crime scene" I continued.
"We got accused by the secetary!" said Kim.
"Ok ok! Thats enough evidence!" said the judge. "Please return to your cells whilst the jury takes your evidence into consideration."
We left the court room looking unhappy and returned to our cells. Two hours later, we were told to return to the courtroom to confront the judge again. "Kim, Tom and Karl" said the judge. "We have come to a decision. Our decision is that you are not found guilty and that you are free to go." "Yay!" the three of us cheered then everyone applauded.
