Language lessons will be short funny stories that:

Either happened to me (or you, I will welcome suggestions) while learning those languages.

Or funny grammar quirks from some languages.

This one happened to me, while listening to Learn French with Alexa.

Sakura was dutifully listened to the recording. She wanted to learn French, so she found a podcast on the internet and downloaded it. The teacher there was saying words in French, then in English and the listeners were supposed to repeat after her again and again, till their remembered it.

Now the teacher decided to teach them some nouns and adjectives. At first only few, so they ould describe their hair and eyes. . Nothing too hard, Sakura noted. It seemed similar enough to English, so she could remember it. The teacher was giving an example, and Sakura repeated it: "He has blond hair; Il a des cheveux blonds… he has blue eyes; il a des yeux bleus… and a beard; et une barbe…" " Et une bar-…" wait a second!" Sakura stopped and frowned. That sounded familiar. Suddenly her eyes widened and she exclaimed: "What the hell are you doing there, France?"
