Hateful Change
Summary: Poem of Harrison James Potter, the true boy who lived and a hero killed by the tragedy of life. (Wbwl One-shot)
There was once a boy so loved and adored
Showered in praise and he truly did soar
But the currents changed and so it became
A boy neglected and ignored.
He's childhood became shouts of
Ignorance and denial, shouted words and forgotten promises
Anger and betrayal, shoved for he's brother and left behind
Depression and grief, and it seemed like forever to him.
Hogwarts came along but nothing changed,
He's bitterness stayed the same.
He's brother portrayed as a hero
He's friends ignoring him every day.
But one day it went too far and nothing could be retaken
Disowned and disserted he's heritage and pride truly taken,
That boy became a man only minutes before he ended he's emotions
Laying dead on he's bedroom floor with he's heart broken.
Wrists bleeding and not to be shaken
Found by he's brother, he was truly taken
Shouted pleas and guilty admiration
He was laid to rest and known as the Hero of the Nation.
Too late for forgiveness, he arrived at heavens gates
While down below the thundering drums played every day.
The one true war began to play.
A prophecy a broken and a family left shaken
The pounding drums of war truly breaking.
Death and betrayal the world changed
The war lost and they were left in a dark age.
May he's loving but broken soul lay.
For he tried he's all but life broke him down.
Will Harrison James Potter the true boy who lived
Forever stay in peace.
