Adam sips his coffee one last time ''okay I should get to work.'' Adam tell sher
''okay have a good day.'' Sara tells him
''I will.'' he says and runs a hand down Sara's back and kisses her cheek and then goes to leave the diner and a man comes in as he is leaving.
the man comes to sit at the counter next to Sara and she looks over at him and the man looks at her.
''hi.'' he says
''hi.'' she says
''hey you okay?'' he asks her
''yea uh well no I just have a lot of family stuff going on right now.'' she tells him
''Luke Danes.'' he introduces himself
''Sara Braverman.'' she introduces herself
''so what's going on
Sara shakes her head ''uh nothig I just divorced by husband and moved my kid's back here to Berkley to my parent's house and they arn't taking it so well and seem to be acting out more.'' Sara tells him
''oh how old are they?'' he asks her
''16 and 14.'' she tells him
''tough ages and it's even more tough when thier parents are getting divorced and they have to go through it as well.'' he tells her
''I don't know if I'm doing the right this whole thing is crazy and I should just move them back to Fresno.'' she tells him
''no Sara you're doing the right thing.'' he tells her
Sara just shrugs and sips her coffee.
''would you?'' he asks her
''yea...?'' she questions him
''ahh what the hell would you like to have dinner with me sometime?'' he asks her
Sara's eye's get huge ''What?'' she questions him
''we...we don't even know each other.'' she tells him
''well we can get to know each other.'' he tells her
Sara just looks at him ''I'll think about it.'' she tells him
''ok good.'' he says
