~Rana's POV~
I huffed, crossing my arms. Y'see...
Earlier today, I got into a big fight with Flower about something I can't even remember. He got super mad at me, and stormed off, saying, "Jeez, you sure must hate me a lot!" And then left before I could reply.
Well, here's the thing: I actually don't hate Flower. In fact, I'm...in love with him. Yeah, yeah, it's embarrassing to say, but there's really no reason to be embarrassed about it when no one will ever see this. Hah.
Anyway, I decided that now would be a good time to make up and then confess my feelings. Why? I'm actually not sure. Maybe the setting of just making up has something to do with it?
Also I may or may not be into hate sex so...
Anyway, I'm getting off track here. Time to go apologize.
I stood up and determinedly made my way down the hall towards Flower's room, knocking on the door.
"Flower?" I called.
There was no reply.
I wiggled the doorknob a bit and noticed that he had forgotten to lock the door when he stormed off. First-timer, huh?
"Flower," I repeated, opening the door a bit and looking in. He had retreated to his bed, and was curled up in the blankets like some sort of caterpillar. Really, it was pretty adorable.
"Flower, you're acting like a child," I mumbled, walking in and sitting on the edge of his bed. "Hey, I'm sorry, alright? Let me be frank about this, I don't even remember what we were fighting about, but that doesn't mean it didn't hurt me to hear you say things like that."
Flower just huffed, scooting his ball of blankets away from me.
"Is that how it's gonna be?" I asked, smiling a bit mischievously as I threw the blankets off, tackled him, and promptly began to tickle him.
Flower burst out laughing, attempting to push me away. "H-hey— N-no— Hahaha! S-stop—!" Finally, he was able to push me off, and I grinned.
"That help?"
"I was trying to be mad at you..." Flower grumbled, not being able to hide a goofy grin as he looked away.
"I'll take that as a 'yes'." I smiled. "So, Flower," I started, scooting closer to him, "I have something to tell you."
Flower raised an eyebrow at me, looking interested. "Really? Whatever could it be?"
I punched him gently in the shoulder and he just laughed.
"Alright, alright, I'm serious now."
"Good," I said, leaning in closer to his face, "because I love you." I pressed my lips against his and stayed there for a moment before pulling back, blushing.
Flower seemed utterly shocked, as he just sat there, frozen.
"You're not gonna reply...?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.
Flower didn't say anything for a moment, but then suddenly tackled me, placing kisses all along my jawline and cheek.
"H-hey—!" I tried, laughing. "T-that tickles!"
"Payback!" Flower hissed playfully, smiling at me as he pulled away and became serious again. "Man, I thought it was one-sided."
"Wait, you mean...?"
"Wasn't it obvious?" Flower asked, grinning as he blushed. "I love you too."
