Luna's Secret
It was one of the rare sunny days in Britain. Most people were enjoying the unusual azure skys. Luna Lovegood was one of the few people who weren't outside. It was her mother's bi?rthday, her late mother. Ten years ago, on this day, Pandora Lovegood died. She was experimenting with one of her own spells. The spell was the most dangerous ones created, and one of the most selfish. It was designed to bring someone back to life. Who was Pandora Lovegood trying to resurrect? Her daughter Luna. Luna had been caught in a house fire a week earlier. When her mom brought her back, Pandora had enough time to obliviate Xenophilus and tell Luna that she will always love her. Then she collapsed. She wasn't breathing, her heart stopped, and her once beautiful mercury eyes were now a dull slate grey. Luna cried and cried and cried. She hated herself for getting in that fire, and she wished her mom had told her dad what she was going to try. She would have rather been dead and both her parents alive than be alive and have her mother dead. It's her mother is dead, at least that's what she thinks.
