Author Note: With the help of karymcgarret who wrote "Time changes everything", I decided to write this storyline for Danny, Gabby, and Rachel. I hope that you guys like this storyline. I am not sure about the length of chapters this will go though but I hope that you guys will review it. I also wanted to say that I was quite thinking about this one in bed last night and it's complete different for me. I notice that lately I have been staying with Steve and Kono but decided to write this one. Please review and let me know what you think!
Rachel's house
Rachel is looking down at her son while she is rocking him to see and notices parts of her ex-husband, Danny. At the beginning of her pregnancy, she thought the baby was Danny's and it turns out to be Stan's son but what if they were mistaken and the baby was Danny's after all. Rachel decides that she's going to take the baby tomorrow to the doctor to get a dna test done to find out who the father is. Danny is taking Grace for the day after the appointment so that way she can spend some time with Charlie and Stan. The next morning, Rachel gets the news that Charlie is Danny's son and now she needs to figure out what to do about it. Danny walks in and Grace runs towards her father and smiles.
"Hey danno. Mommy is with the baby." Grace informs her father as he goes and lets her know that he is there to take Grace.
"Hello Danny. No Case today?" Rachel greets him as he sits down next to her.
"what's going on?" Danny questions his ex-wife.
"Nothing." Rachel lies to her ex. She knows that he is smarter than that but she hopes that he buys what she is saying.
Danny knows that she is hiding something but it must be between her and Stan and decides to stay out of it. He decides to leave it right then and there. Grace gives her mom a hug and kiss and leaves with her father. Rachel gets back to her thoughts about what to do. She wants to them the truth but knows that the truth will hurt her marriage to Stan and his relationship with her son. She knows that she needs to be honest with her husband and her children's father.
"Stan, when you get home we need to talk." Rachel tells her husband leaving a voicemail. About two hours later, Stan walks into the house and greets her and their son.
"What do we need to talk about?" Stan questions her as he sits down with their little boy.
"I did something before I found out that I am pregnant. I reunited with Danny for a small bit and Charlie is not your son." Rachel informs him.
"I want a divorce." Stan responds as he stands up and give Rachel her son and walks out.
"One down and one more to go." Rachel says to her little boy. "Now it's time to tell Daddy about you."
