Scary

Summary:

Young!Erik, Young!MmeGiry, Erik, after recently beginning to live in the Opera House, is still terrified of Madame Giry, or, Antoinette. Just a little one-shot. Labels: Fluff, PWP, NON-SLASH

Slinking through the shadows of the Paris Opera House, young (14-year-old) Erik was slowly making his way towards where Antoinette Lefévre was sitting, waiting for him. Ever since he had arrived here, around three years ago, he had visited Antoinette at night, when all the other ballerinas were sleeping.

Making his way around the old props that littered the hallway, he paused at the door to her private dorm (she was just that good).

Raising his hand to knock, he didn't see the lightning-fast hand that reached through the doorway and yanked him inside.

The mysterious hands were cold and rough, not like Antoinette's. This thoroughly freaked Erik out.

Oh, no. Where's Antoinette? Is she dead? Did this person kill her? Will they kill me? Did Antoinette send an assassin to finish me off after all these years? Am I going to die?!

Suddenly, the light turned on. Erik, who was now thoroughly tied up and gagged, saw, standing before him, none other than Antoinette.

Erik tried to talk, to ask her what was going on, but he was gagged so it came out something like, "Nng hrrr shhh ee yuu nn shhoo!"

Antoinette laughed, "Got you again! You are such a scared-y cat!"

Erik's breathing slowed. Soon, his look of shock turned into a deep scowl. He tried talking again but just made incoherent grunts. Antoinette reached over and took off the gag.

"You were saying?"

Erik huffed angrily.

"I was saying, is that you shouldn't do that! You scared me half to death! I thought you were going to kill me!"

Antoinette chuckled, "Oh, really? The mighty Phantom of the Opera, scared of a little ballerina? Ha ha!"

Erik scowled at her again.

She smirked back, one eyebrow raised in amusement.

Soon, he smiled, too.

"I'm telling you, Madame Maurier! I heard voices! Late at night, I was walking to the bathroom, and I passed Antoinette's dorm, and I heard voices laughing! Antoinette was laughing and there was this creepy boy's voice! I'm not lying!"
