Amy`s POV
I can't believe I even came here! Karma kept begging me to go to Shane's 4th of July party and I wasn't going to go because I hate 4th of July, it's just a excuse to get drunk and set stuff on fire with fireworks. But then she pulled the puppy pout and now I'm here alone while she is mingling with everyone here. I just wish I was at home watching the 4th of July documentry on Netflix... eating doughnuts...
"Amy!" I hear someone call me. I look over and see Shane waving me to come over.
"Great..." I walk over.
" Amy, I'd like you to meet my lovely cousin Dani, Dani I'd like you to meet my young cub Amy" Shane introduced me to this pretty girl. I glare at him and smile back at the the girl.
" So Amy I've heard a lot about you, where is your lovely girlfriend...Karma?" Dani asked.
" Probably mingling with people, I am usually dragged here and Karma is more of the small talk type person. Me? Not so much." I reply. Dani just laughed.
" Seems as though your girlfriend doesn't pay enough attention to you." Dani smiled.
" Not nearly enough as she does with our fans." I say and point to her talking a sum of 40 people.
" Maybe something needs to be done to gain her attention?" She asked with a smirk. Wait what? Was she seriously flirting with me now?
" Hey Karma!" Dani yelled. Before I could even register what she had said, she started grinding up against me. I swear my face felt like it was on fire. I dared to look up at Karma. What was that face? Jealousy? No..NO CLEARLY ANGER. She starts to walk towards me. I turn and run to the nearest exit, which happened to be the balcony. I run right out there and shut the to doors. I hear yelling, swearing (mostly Karma) and then finally I hear glass being shattered and then a big cheer. I am about to go out there to see what happened, by then I hear a knock,"Shit!" I think.
"Who is it?" I say hoping it's not who I think it Is.
" Open the damn door, Amy!" Of course I'm wrong.
" No im good not being slaughtered!" I say.
" You will be if you don't open the f-ing door!" Karma yells.
" Fiiiiiinnnne." I whine defeated. I walk over and open the doors. Fully expecting a angry Karma, it instead I saw a smirking Karma and a unconsious Dani. What the actually fuck?
" So a little birdy told me I need to pay more attention to my girlfriend before you get stolen away from me?" Karma smiled.
"Uh.." I am doesn't matter. Within seconds her lips are on mine as if in a movie, perfect timing, fireworks shoot up in the sky in a sea of colors. We part for air and look up at the sky.
" You are the spark to my firework?" I smile at my horrible pairing. Karma looks up and says " You are the spark in my heart..." I look down and smile. I place my head on hers and we stand there and watch the sparks in the sky. " Huh maybe I do like 4th of July." I think and smile.
