Alex-Kara flashback
It was Kara's 3rd month at Catco, and everyday she would come to her apartment whining and exhausted. She would complain about her day at work. How Ms. Grant was always yelling at her because she put whole milk in her latte, forgot to make reservations for her, etc, etc. It was not that Alex was tired of the whining, she just hated seeing Kara upset. So one afternoon, she decided to visit her sister. She stepped inside Kara's floor and bumped into a guy named Winn. She recalls Kara talking about him a little bit. Winn looked surprised
"Hi! I'm Winn. You are Kara's sister right? She showed me some pictures of you guys. Your name is Alex?" Alex smiled at Winn. she replied to both of his questions.
"Yes, i'm Kara's older sister. And yes, my name is Alex. Kara told me about you. Now, do you happen to know where Kara is?" Winn looked around and said
"She is at her desk. And by the way, don't make Ms. Grant mad." Alex smiled again, but it got interrupted by a loud booming voice.
"Kiera! Where is my smoothie! KIERA! I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 57 SECONDS. 57 SECONDS OF YOUR LAME LIFE MEANS NOTHING TO YOU, BUT 57 SECONDS OF MINE, THAT'S 50 CATCO MAGAZINES BEING PRINTED! KIERA?!" Alex saw her little sister run into Ms. Grant's office, and hand her the smoothie. She felt so much anger to Cat Grant at that moment, that without thinking, she ran into Cat's office and started yelling back.
"Excuse me Cat Grant, but do not talk to my baby sister like that! She works hard for you, so please give her some respect! ALSO, WHO THE HELL IS KIERA? HER NAME IS KARA. K-A-R-A!" It was so loud that everyone in the building stopped and stared at Alex. Alex spoke softly to Kara, but loud enough for everyone to hear.
"Come here Kara honey, we have somewhere to go to." Cat Grant looked at Alex, and spoke harshly.
"Fine, Kiera and her bodyguard may leave." Alex was seething with rage.
"I. SAID. DON'T. CALL. HER. KIERA. And I am not a bodyguard, I am-" she was cut off by Kara's voice.
"The best sister in the universe" Alex turned to Kara
"I will meet you outside. I wanna talk with your boss."
Kara left, and Alex turned to Cat Grant. She spoke with confidence.
"I am Alex Danvers for the FBI." She held up her DEO badge that changed into a FBI one. "Please treat Kara a little bit better from now on, or I will come for charges of mistreatment. Anyway, I have to go." The next evening, Kara walked happily through the door and thanked Alex for what she did. Alex smiled and replied.
"I'm here for you"
