A nineteen year old Henry Grimm sat with his brother in New York City, at Central Park.
"Man, it's so cool here." Jake said.
"Yeah." Henry agreed, smiling. The trees, all the beauty and the Black-haired girl sitting at the other bench. He had been staring at her for quite some time, memorized. Her hair was tied in a neat ponytail, and she wore jeans and a big baseball jersey, but she was beautiful to Henry.
On the other bench, an eighteen year old with the name of Cassie, was talking to her best friend, Veronica.
"Oooh, the cute blonds staring at you, Ronnie." She said. Veronica looked over and shrugged.
"He's cute." She shrugged, and smiled at the boy.
"Go say hi!"
"You know what, I'm good." Veronica said. Cassie rolled her eyes, and yanked up her friend.
By them, Jake was having the same argument with his brother.
"Oh, c'mon. You've been staring at her for the past ten minutes. Go say hi." Jake said.
Henry blushed. "Nah, I'm fine."
Jake mock gasped. "The Great Henry Grimm, scared of saying hi?" he laughed. His brother glared.
"C'mon, you're going to say hi." Jake pushed his brother up, where the two girls were walking towards them, slightly arguing.
"Cass, let's go sit back down." Veronica complained.
"Nope, you're saying hi." She said, pushing her friend faster. "Besides, his friend is so cute."
Veronica rolled her eyes. The boys were only two feet away now.
"Hi. I'm Cassie. This is my friend, Veronica."
"Hey, I'm Jake. This is my brother, Henry." Henry smiled his attention towards the girl. All of a sudden, the bell of an ice-cream man was heard, and Jake, with Cassie, ran to get some freezing delioucness.
"God, Cassie. Can't live with her, can't live without her." Veronica smiled.
"My brother's the same way." Henry chuckled.
"I gotta get going, it was nice meeting you." The raven headed woman said.
"You too." She walked away, but stopped herself, and tore a piece of paper from a flyer, and picked up a pen from her pocket.
"Here's my telephone number. Call me?" She said, grinning. Henry took it and smiled. They parted ways, and Henry later found his brother.
"Dude, why are you smiling like an idiot?"
Henry, instead of answering, showed a piece of paper to his brother.
"Nice." He laughed.
Henry's idiotic grin was kept in place for the rest of the day.
