Another one word one-shot! I actually feel pretty creative with this one :3 Using my brain like this can hurt at times, but in the end it's worth it. Challenge is good for everyone, right? If anyone else wants me to do one for them, go ahead and review or PM! :D

On with the story!

Little Ed and Al had just finished with a lesson with Izumi Curtis, and since there were plenty of people outside roaming the streets, she decided to put the boys to use. She gave them little coupons to pass out.

"What are coupons?" Al asked while staring at the pieces of paper confused.

"I guess the quickest way to explain it is like a store sale, but it only works if you give the cashier the paper." The boys read what was on the coupons and nodded with understanding. But there was something off.

"You aren't the kind to do sales, Teacher." When they looked back up at her, there was an ominous grin upon her face.

"Hello? How may I help you?" Al said on the other side of the counter, although having to stand on a tall chair to reach it. A young lady had entered the meat shop, this being her first time there. Chuckling a little at the 'little cashier,' she just muttered that she was fine and started picking out what she would buy. Deciding on a very nice cut, she brought it over to Alphonse. He scanned a list of prices on the counter.

"Let's see... That's 825 cenz."

"Ouch, that's kinda expensive. Good thing my husband had gotten one of these coupons!"

Pulling out her purse, she searched through it before pulling out a little paper, one of the many Edward and his brother had passed out earlier that day. He grabbed it, then jumped down from the chair to drop it into the trash can, before returning to climb back onto the chair and facing the customer again.

"That's 825 cenz."

"What? But what happened to the coupon?! You are an employee!"

"Uh, I don't actually work here." He gave the woman a smile. "You still have to pay for that, though."

"No way! I don't have that kind of money!" Suddenly, some zapping and a loud thump was heard behind her. Quickly turning around, she saw that another little boy, Edward, had drawn a circle on the ground and transmuted the only exit shut.

"Will you pay now, lady?"

The alchemist put on a smirk, waiting for the customer to stop staring at the door with big eyes and actually do something. With some stutters and glances at both of the boys, she finally admitted defeat, and replaced the expensive meat with something she could pay for. Ed reversed what he had done afterwards, and the woman glared at them while she left. Once she was gone, the brothers ran to the back of the building to hand over the money to the Curtises. Al turned to Edward before they got to Teacher.

"We've done this scam so many times I don't even feel bad anymore."

...This is genius. After all, it only works if an EMPLOYEE sees the coupon, right? XD Yeah...

Happy Winter Break! K bai!
